   Based on other comments, the service seems to be hit or miss. Fortunately, for us, it was exceptional. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and kind. Kara, Maddie, and Sydney (GM) were great. The food was above average, with the sides being better than the main courses. One steak was significantly overcooked, but was rectified promptly. The replacement was delicious. Convenient parking was a bonus. Would come back!

   Service was exceptionally bad. The restaurant was out of several items, including sparkling water. The restaurant was clearly under staffed and the take home boxes are now super cheapZ. I miss my old Ruth’s Chris. I have been a loyal Ruth’s Chris patron for 20 years but this was likely my last meal with Ruth’s Chris.

   Except for the Brussel sprouts, our food was great. The description said they had bacon. Ours had no bacon, were lukewarm, and extremely tough to chew. My primary complaint was our table. We were seated at a table for two with one side of the seating being booth type bench seat. There were two tables, one on each side of us, and very close to each other. You felt as if you had to whisper to keep the other tables from over hearing your conversation, as we could hear both of the other two tables conversations. There was no privacy whatsoever. When you spend $200 plus on a meal, you shouldn’t be expected to have that type of seating arrangement. Very disappointed in Ruth Chris for this reason. They are an upscale restaurant that shouldn’t have seating like a lot of fast food establishments.

   Overcooked (requested medium rare, received way, way past well done) steak and inattentive server. I received a survey request from the restaurant where I shared my experience, and they asked if I would like management to contact me. I selected that I would. Guess who never contacted me? Unfortunately that is in-keeping with the experience I had. The value just isnt there and I dont think they particularly care.

   Haven’t eating this restaurant in years but it was good. The food came out hot and in a reasonable amount of time. It was my man’s birthday and they had a card and little confetti on the table. We also got cheesecake to go, the crust and fruit was my favorite part. Great Birthday dinner place.

    Waited over 15 minutes our reservation time. 2 different waitresses- the first one couldn’t answer ? About menu- our sweet tea took over 15 minutes to arrive, ran out of martini glasses and brought in a small cup…. None of this is acceptable at Ruth Chris.

    I recently dined at Ruth's Chris Steak House and wanted to share my experience. While the food and service were exceptional, there were some notable drawbacks that affected my overall impression of the restaurant. Firstly, despite having made a reservation, my party and I were seated 30 minutes later than our scheduled time. This was a disappointing start to the evening, as we had anticipated a smooth and timely dining experience. However, once we were seated, our server did an excellent job attending to our needs and making us feel welcome. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the food. The steaks were cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, and the side dishes were equally delicious. The quality of the food at Ruth's Chris Steak House is undoubtedly top-notch, and I cannot fault them in that regard. Unfortunately, the atmosphere of the restaurant left much to be desired. The state of the bathrooms was particularly disappointing. I found the floors to be sticky, there was no toilet paper in some of the stalls, and the garbage bins were overflowing. It was quite disheartening to encounter such unclean and unkempt facilities in an establishment that prides itself on offering a classy dining experience. Another issue was the lack of enforcement of the dress code by the staff. While I appreciate a relaxed atmosphere, it seemed that some patrons were not adhering to the suggested dress code, which detracted from the overall elegance and sophistication that one would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. In summary, Ruth's Chris Steak House delivered in terms of food quality and service, with a server who was attentive and knowledgeable. However, the poor state of the bathrooms and the lack of dress code enforcement significantly detracted from the overall experience. If you are solely seeking a memorable dining experience, the restaurant is worth considering, but if you prioritize a classy and sophisticated atmosphere, you may find it lacking.

    I have been dining at this Ruth's Chris location for more than 2 decades, and it has been our go-to for a long time when we want a great, straightforward steak dinner. I've noticed that the experience is vastly different when we are sat in rooms that are not part of the main dining room. It lacks ambience and the value of the experience is drastically different. Highly recommend insisting on being seated in the main dining room if you are going to visit this location.

    1st off we got there on time and after the hostess have trouble finding our reservation she said wait at bar and she would come and get us for our 8:15 reservation… we’ll after seeing numerous people being seated I finally went to the front desk at 8:45 and she had forgotten to check us in… we we’re finally seated around 9:00 and she said sorry about that we are going to take of you and your wife… we’ll needless to say they did nothing and the hostess walked past us at least 4 times… horrible experience for sure and we won’t be going back

    Seated next to the service entrance / Seat had a consistent drip of water from the ceiling AC. They did move us however let us know that this was a known issue for that area of the room. Why would you sit someone there?? Food served cold to wife. Took a long time to get corrected. My order was wrong. Corrected fast. Big Ruth Chris fan however will not return to this location

    I made a reservation for Mother’s Day intending to take my mom to a nice white table cloth dining experience. Ultimately, I probably would have been happier at Cinco de Mayo next door. Our reservation was at 6:30 and we weren’t seated until after 7:00. I understand it’s Mother’s Day, but if you’re excessively behind it would be courteous to inform guests. Set the expectation. Offer something to drink and maybe a cheap appetizer? I mean, how much is bread? Once seated, we were rushed to make selections because we could possibly be waiting an extended amount of time for our food. We waited so long for water, my mom snagged a carafe off a nearby table that had just left. My martini sat at the bar so long it was nearly room temperature. My shrimp were dry, the steaks were undercooked, and people’s children were loud and running rampant. We were gifted an appetizer, so that was nice & we still tipped 20% on our $298 bill. Everyone’s short-staffed. Adjust accordingly.

    Been here many times. This visit was subpar. The shrimp were overcooked, the steak undercooked. Yes it’s was Mother’s Day but the wait for food was longer than usual.

    Our daughters burger was burnt around the edges yet she ordered it medium , our 40 oz porterhouse we shared was over cooked , ordered it medium, Caesar salad was excellent! We heard the tables all around us complaining of their food, in fact one lady had her rare steak returned 3x. Sad , because we had a fabulous meal in MN!

    two years in a row now on Mothers day, my filet was not cooked as ordered. Each time I had ordered my filet medium rare as I always do. It wasn't even close to that and at the very least, was well done. Each time the order had been corrected but it always results in my wife finishing her meal to prevent it from getting cold, and each time I wind up eating alone with the wife just watching me . I assume the cause of this is the restrauant is just being too busy on a holiday like Mothers Day, etc. to cook a steak to the proper temp. While we will propably continue to go the restrauant, we definitely will not be eating there on a major holiday

    We Love Ruth Chris. The steaks are served on very hot plates, there your meat is warm always. We were disappointed in au gratin potato’s. The potatoes were cubed. We were disappointed in lobster Mac and cheese. A dente curly noodle. Other sides and salads delicious. Our waiter was outstanding.

    They got our order wrong and since we were dining between lunch and dinner our original server disappeared (guessing sent home) and the service was a little sparse as a result. For the money it was a bit disappointing.

    Great food great service. Bit pricey. Cheesecake was phenomenal. We came here for our 10 year anniversary, and were squished besides two other tables side by side, so didn’t get the peace and quiet we would have liked.

    I got the lamb chops with blackened seasoning (my favorite). They forgot the blackened seasoning, they had no taste at all, no salt, no seasoning whatsoever! My entree was horrible.

    First, I want to give a positive for our server Will. He was very attentive and took care of all our requests. As far as the food it was terrible. We shared a petite filet with lobster and added a second lobster. The steak was the worst we have ever had at a Ruth's Chris. Not sure if they gave us a lesser quality of steak because we shared. It was so tough and not edible. Shame on you! The baked potato wasn't cook well and cold. The only decent food was the chopped salad, lobster and the shrimp appetizer. When we travel, we always look for a Ruth's Chris. We are pretty much done with that. We will find another steak house. It's too bad because Ruth's Chris has been suburb in the past. Quality has gone done hill. Again, KUDOS to Will!
