    I was celebrating my birthday. From the time I walked in the door until I left, none of the staff let me forget it!! It was the sweetest thing ever! Even staff that passed by said “Happy Birthday” because they saw the decorations you guys placed on the table. And my dinner was delicious as always! Out of all the times I’ve visited this chain, this was the best experience and location yet!! Five out of five stars most definitely!!

    Unfortunately, this restaurant has seen better days. Also, the clientele there is just god awful (loud, obnoxious, bad manners and terribly dressed) which takes away from the dining experience. I celebrated my birthday there and wish I had not. Way too pricey for what you have to put up with. Won’t return.

    My party of 6 sent back everything, except for the steaks. The creamed spinach was spoiled, soup spoiled, baked potatoes rock hard. The service was great, food was horrible. Do not recommend.

    Robin was an awesome waitress. The food was delicious. The manager checked in with us. I could even see the Saints game from my table. Everything was great. I look forward to returning.

    Started off good, but when mains came out one persons order was partially incorrect and missing a lobster tail. We were told it would be right out, but it took about 20 mins and after everyone else had finished their dinner. They did make up for the error. Otherwise, a great dinner and good service.

    The food was good, although the ribeye was not to the exact doneness we ordered! The service in general wasn’t the best, nor the worst. I think that of the many times I have gone, this time it didn’t meet my expectations.

    First time dinning there. Made reservations still had to wait almost a hour to be seated. Once seated service was very slow. I think they understaffed and the food was definitely not worth the price. I have eaten at plenty steak houses this was probably the worst experience I had at one. Steak was way overcooked. They definitely have other nice steak houses with better food do half the price

    The service by my waiter Donnie was great! He was very accommodating. But the chef that was cooking my steak must have lied on his resume. I ordered my ribeye medium. I received it well done....TWICE!! I appreciate the manager comping my whole meal and giving me a gift card for the whole situation but I doubt I'll be going back.

    It was my husband and I 28 year wedding anniversary. The food is amazing and we love the atmosphere of the restaurant. Always great when you’re there to celebrate your special occasions at Rush’s Chris Steak House!!

    Great! Our table was ready ahead of time and set up for us as we were celebrating 43 years of marriage. My wife was moved to tears for she was surprised by the miniature rose pedals and hearts on the tablecloth! The waiter went above and beyond in catering to our every need. Drinks - great Appetizers - great Bread - great Steaks - perfect Sides - great We will be back!

    This was our first time to Ruth’s Chris. We made a reservation. A dour person said she saw the reservation and table would be ready soon. The thing is …there was no one in the restaurant.Why make us wait? The food was fabulous & most tender steak I’ve ever had. Javier was a great waiter & made it a great experience even better. Glad we took the time to try out this legendary place.

    Food was amazing as always, server was great, but we did have to wait a little for desert.. not bas though, and the server was super sweet. Alex the manager came by and checked on us, we love this restauraunt, and will continue to come back!

    The waiter, Warren, was exceptional. But the food was disgusting. The steaks tasted like liver (like they were ruined or old.) We each took one bite of our filet and spit it out. He wanted to have them take it off the ticket but I just wanted to get out of there.
