    Im a loyal ruths chris customer. Ive been going for 30+ years. Ive never had an experience like this before. The service was absolutely horrible. The restaurant was not busy. We waited almost 40 minutes for soup and salad. Didnt get our entrees until 90 minutes after sitting down. waitstaff seemed uninterested in doing their work. Ignoring us at all costs. I was so anxious to leave that I finally told the server to bring the entrees, dessert and check out all at once, and she listened to none of it. I got up to find a manager and there wasn’t one in site. I hope the restaurant sees this and makes it right.

    The calamari and shrimp cocktail were good. All three of us ordered ribeyes. Two med-rare and one medium. They were over cooked. We sent them back and they were over cooked again. We had to ask for bread three times. Terrible experience. They ended up taking the steaks off the bill. Ruth Cris never again.

    Took over 20 minutes for the waiter to come to the table after bread and water service. The service didn’t get any better. Brought the check before our dessert and we eventually left because it never came.
