This has always been my favorite Ruth’s. Management please do yourselves a favor and staff up the bar. Wednesday was slow and the 2 bartenders seemed overwhelmed and I don’t why. I waited for 12 minutes to have them adress me that they will be with me soon. Only one of the bartenders was pouring drinks. I don’t know what or why the other one didn’t take my order. So we left and waiting to be seated. When we were seated, we ordered our drinks from our table thinking we can get a drink quicker. Our waitress came back and said that it’s going to be a while to get our drinks and I mentioned to her really because we waited 12 minutes and no one addressed us back to place an order, and they did not seem to be making drinks for anyone else, however we ended up getting our drinks and the meal was delicious and our server was excellent. I would recommend paying more attention to staffing and keeping the bar area clean up front. They were napkins and silverware scattered all over the bar.

1st item came out wrong. Apparently Olive Garden thinks Ruth's recipes are ment to be uttered. Sad. Also bernaise sauce was the worst. Again OG thinks they know better. Sad. Ole Ruth is spinning in her grave.

In my opinion, the taste of the food is different. This used to be my favorite steakhouse of the many steakhouse I’ve had. It’s no longer true. Last night I had the steak and shrimp combo and the shrimp were very much over cooked and the steak just tasted like I was eating meat. The next time I visit, I will have the sea bass. I no longer want to have the steaks there. I was at Ruth Chris prior to this on NYC about 6 weeks ago, and I also didn’t enjoy my food. I wish my review were different.

As always Ruth’s Chris did not disappoint with its offering of steaks and accompaniments, but I was completely shocked at the quality of service that we received. From the host/ check in process to the table was poor, it was a birthday celebration and it was not acknowledged in any way by our servers, chefs, or management… that was a surprise. The steak and crab cakes saved the day, but we will reconsider visiting this location in the future.

The food was amazing, the manager was very accommodating after I spoke with her in regards to the host when we first arrived. Reservations were made and we checked in however guests who had no reservations were seated b4 us and when this was bought to our attention, we were seated outside next to guest with no reservations, this was a bit upsetting.

Everything was great! From when I first arrived to the end. The front staff was friendly and so helpful. Our server was so polite and polished. The wait staff was so nice and sweet. The ambiance was such a vibe. This was my first visit to Ruth Chris and it didn’t disappoint. The food was delicious.

Yes, very impressed with the food. It was absolutely delicious however, a service was awful. they took in several people who had reservations after us, and we waited until I said some thing. our waiter was very polite, but very unattentive. we expected something very intimate as we’ve experienced at other Ruth . Chris’s, however this place was loud, and the cops even had to come in for some altercation.

Overall, our experience with Ruth's Chris was disappointing. Food was fair; crab cakes and rib-eye steak were good, but sides (creamed spinach and garlic mash potatoes) were cold and potatoes lacked garlic flavor. The restaurant was crowded and noisy. Our server, Cam, neglected to place our order, and we had to wait an hour for our food. We were comped an appetizer, and our glasses of wine, however.

My husband and I love Ruth Chris. We look for it wherever we travel. We were excited to see that there was one in New Orleans on our visit there. Last night we had an incredible server. One of the BEST waiter we’ve have had EVER!!! I’m only going to share his name because he’s worth sharing… Jerome is his name! (could be a distance cousin) Do yourself a favor and ask for him if you have dinner there.

This visit was a little off. My petit filet was way over cooked. The lobster Mac and averse was bland and the mashed potatoes was stiff as a board. I was disappointed at the good quality this visit. It’s usually very good.

The food was good. Our waiter was very forgetful. We had to ask for refills and when we did ask, we had to ask twice because he would forget. We were there celebrating my daughters 18th Birthday and he didn’t even sing Happy Birthday or bring out a complimentary dessert 😟

I’ve been to this location several times and this was the first time my service was this slow. I believe my server had more sections than normal and was not able to check on us to refill drinks and see if we needed anything

Had a 12 pm reservation on Mother's Day and we were seated 40 minutes late. By the looks of the waiting area and the rate at which they were seating parties, they clearly overbooked (they opened at 11). Upon seating we got a lackluster apology and no excuse for the wait was offered. Food was good and our server was friendly, but for price we paid I expected more in restaurant cleanliness and appearance (floor was dirty, napkins had holes in them, and restrooms were not tidy). Our total order included 4 mimosas, 1 beer, 2 salads, 2 petit filets, 3 sides and 1 dessert. The bill came to $320. Won't be going back.

My experience at Ruth’s steakhouse was so great! I had a filet and garlic mashed potatoes, and also a red wine. All was so tasty and awesome. And the servers are so kind !!
