The tenderest cut of corn-fed midwestern beef. 11-oz.
Six jumbo shrimp dusted with cajun spices.
Obscene price, 90$ for a steak?!?!? It says on the sign "Steakhouse" and they're not able to cook a steak the right way!? I asked for medium rare and it was overcooked so I sent it back and asked for rare and it was blue... And poor meat quality... The waiter did what he had to do with my order but not more.
Seriously folks, if you think it's ok to pay 90$ and more for a steak, you should come to Montreal, QC and enjoy a fabulous meal at so many restaurants for sooooo much less.
Should change the name for Ruth's Chris Steal House...
This was so frustrating. Spent a LOT of money to eat here and it was not great. The server was a nice guy but we’ve been to a couple different RCs and the service today just did not compare to what we’ve experienced before. My steak was way too undercooked, and it would have been okay if they even asked if they were cooked to our liking, or if he noticed “hmm, that is rare; not medium”. Hubby waited 20 mins for more water before food came after server said he would be right back. We didn’t get bread until our meal came. After I finished my drink, they didn’t even ask if I wanted another one. The reservation specified it was a birthday and they even asked when we arrived if we were celebrating anything but they didn’t do anything special. Other ones we’ve been to will hAve a cake or SOMETHING. Overall we’re just really disappointed and wished we got hot dogs in the touristy part of town instead.
Disappointed that I had to ask a waitress if gratuities were added to my bill, and I think it should have been disclosed by staff when they hand you the bill. I also believe that I was overcharged on my entree from the price indicated on the menu. Overrated and overpriced.
Our server was very nice. However they had given him way too many tables and he was having trouble keeping up. Though he did work very hard to do so.
The food was not good. Our steaks were tough. One of the members of our party received all of her food ice cold and it had to be sent back to be heated up. And the price was outrageous. It was not a fine dining experience, and we paid a premium for it. I have never had such a poor experience in a Ruth Chris Steakhouse, and I have visited them in several states and Canada.
Pleas know, though, that our server was a hard-working young man who did an excellent job. It was just a bad dining experience from the kitchen and the price.
The salad is fresh bad taste very cheap. Only one flavour.
The steak was ribeye but chief cut one to two pieces and served us.
The place overall is not worth it. Will not come back anymore.
Food was ok, bad service from waiter to hostess and arcade was below our booth very loud
Everything was absolutely delicious, an incredible first time and it definitely will not be our last!
Excellent menus and quality but pricey.
February 14 Valentine’s Day had a reservation for 930 got there in time it was obviously a busy night because we had to wait for one hour eventually we got seated no apologies the food was mediocre they had a special needs kid serving us which he was obviously Nervous as he was serving my girlfriend portion he dropped it luckily my girl wasn’t too fussy she asked me not to say anything however this place has major work to do not impress never will go back
Had reservations for 9:30 was seated over and hour later and didn’t receive food until almost 11:45. Tried to make us pay unnecessary fees as well. Food was amazing best steak I’ve ever had
Waited 70 minutes for our table
With a reservation
It was a waste of time and money. I am used to quality meals and steaks and eat out very frequently and everything about this place was terrible. I would never go back to that restaurant or the other locations nor would I ever recommend anyone to go there. Very disappointed.
We felt we were in a hallway and near the door that made it too cold. I also thought the server was a bit flippant. We have been to other RC’s and this was a bit disappointing, but the food was still very good.
Over price for the quality of food. The steak and asparagus was extremely salty.
Although the food was good, it was very pricey for what we ordered. Wait staff were nice but for a weekday it seemed they were short staffed and rushing. Not as good as we remembered.
Food was excellent and our server was outstanding.
The food & service was amazing ...would highly recommend.
I've enjoyed my meal , my steak was cooked to perfection , Cesar salad very tasty just enough garlic and parmesan . I would skip croutons, however that's preference. Overall the whole experience was wonderful including service. I found that the prices are too high even for special occasions. I like La Castille in Mississauga which comperse to Ruth's Chris ,but has much better value.
This was our second visit the restaurant. Our first visit was just my wife and I for her birthday. It was great. Staff are very friendly and good at their job.
This visit we brought our cousins. They really enjoyed the experience. Food was excellent.
We will be back again soon.
Great food but very expensive as it’s in the downtown Niagara core. Because of this, there’s a service fee added along with the usual HST tax. All in all very expensive even though food is great.
The restaurant was freezing and very overpriced for what we received. Unfortunately we will not be returning.
Amazing service and food.
We had a reservation through Open Table and we waited 40 minutes before being seated. Our waitress was incredible and helpful and the food was good, not fantastic but very good I think I would prefer The Keg for my next visit to Niagara Falls.
Very nice. Great food. Did the 3 course Groupon.
We were seated in the lobby at the bar. The food took forever and it was overdone. It was not the servers fault but they were severely under staffed. The restaurant did buy us all dessert and paid for some
Wine but when you pay 75.00 for a steak you expect it to be cooked properly.
The meal was excellent
What a mark up!!!! I eat at nice restaurants frequently and always expect some kind of mark up, but this was ridiculous. We ordered a bottle of wine that sells in the local liquor store for $23 CDN, they had it on the menu for $130 CDN. My wife's steak came out without the Blue-cheese crust on it, so they took it back and returned it with Blue-cheese crust on it, only now it was well done. We didn't see our server after that for the rest of the night. Go to the Keg, Mortons, where ever ... you have better options.
Went their for my in laws 50th anniversary, food was good but had a problem whereby the kids steak was under cooked and had to send it back. So that was a bit of an inconvenience as the kids were stuck just eating their sides for a while and when the steak came, they were some what full. So that was a waste of money
Not a good experience at all. Second time eating here. EXTREMELY RUDE upon check in. Hostess did not offer a coat check in Niagara Falls. When I asked, she was shocked. She was totally out of it. Should not be representing the restaurant in the front of the house.
Waiter was not much better. When I asked if they particiaped in the Winter Classic promotion, waiter had no idea what I was talking about.
Food was decent. For the overpriced food though, needed to be an “A” experience and it definitely was not.
I would not recommend.
Had a great time for New Year's dinner + after dinner party. The wait staff and server were amazing and really added to the dining experience. We were seated far away from the main entrance, and noise level was perfect with no interruptions. Curtains are available on the booths for more private dining.
Prices a bit on the high side versus comparable restaurant offerings. Though, in our case our server Nikola created a memorable experience for our group. Thanks to him and all the staff.
We had a reservations and still ended up waiting 40min for our table.
All around the prices are outrageous, Basic mixed green Salad costs $20, 4 shrimp $20, and cheapest steak is $70.
Cheapest Wine bottle ($20 Niagara store wine) was $180.
Food isn’t terrible but they have nothing on other Steakhouse’s and are much more expensive.
Not visiting again.
New Year’s Eve- sold package to have dinner and show then nye party. Did not get seated anywhere near time of reservations- skipped dessert to still be 15 minutes late for the show. Needed to be better organized. Food was delicious.
Exceptional service !
Food was great as usual!
Ordered 6 oz filet. Medium rare. It is so tender and juicy.
It was very, very nice
All good. Great food.
The food was fantastic and the service was really impressive. This location is massive!!
