Very cozy perfect for romantic dinner because of the curtains , the steak is one of the best I ever had the usda t bone prime come with the price too 450$ 500$ at least for two ..
Love the restaurant, eaten at many Ruth Chris, but the “Niagara Falls” pricing is RIDICULOUS. Cheapest steak is $104, two people, 2 drinks, 2 sides. $500.00!!
Teresa was fantastic! Ordered the ribeye medium rare and it was cooked a high medium. Ambiance was wonderful. Cheesecake was delish!
Kaitlyn was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and informative about the menu. The cocktails were delicious, the sides are very large portion, we shared them amongst the 4 of us. The only downfall was the food temperature. The steaks were sizzling hot, but the sides were rather tepid. One meal was cold, but that was removed off the bill. You know you’ve had a great meal when there’s no room for desert.
We had the best server! He was good at his job and took care of us very well! Food was AMAZING, even though the food was very pricy, it was very well worth it. We had a great anniversary dinner there and we will be back again!
We’ve been to Ruth’s Chris at least 15 times and this was the worst experience yet. The new side of the restaurant feels like your casted away into the cheap side. The service staff we all so young and poorly trained. For the prices you pay the service and ambience needs to validate it.
Save your money and done elsewhere.
OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive. Ordinary food - very expensive steak had no seasoning whatsoever except butter. Staff were having arguments with each other about issues with service a few feet from our table and having to hush each other because they were aware customers could hear - not just once but at least 3 times we witnessed this. Mains came out 2 mins after appetisers which had to be sent back. I get mistakes are made - but at this price bracket I’d expect everything to be near perfect. Wanted to order a glass of wine but the waiter didn’t come back once our entrees were served until near the end because he was so busy with other tables. Again, at this price point I’d expect much more attentive service. Very disappointing unsatisfactory and the prices feel exploitative. Would not return. Poor.
Expensive steaks and atrocious wine list consisting of overpriced american and italian wines with limited selection of french. Waiter agreed this restaurant really only catered to the low class casino crowd. First and last time for us!
Fantastic all around. Best dinner experience! Food was amazing!! Service was the best!
The prices at this Ruth Chris are much higher than any other. We had 2 Filets shared a Caesar salad, mushrooms and fries + a Bernais sauce and a bottle of Zinfandel ($115) and our bill was $500 for 2 people! Food was ok but that is insane!
Had a great meal with excellent service by Zoli. Everything was superior and his attentiveness was well executed. Thanks for a great evening for my mother’s birthday!
Didn’t like my server Teresa at all. Was rude took long to check on us. Waited for my second drink for so long and then delivered it with my bill. She didn’t explain to me that the filet shrimp would come with 2 4 ounces filets so we order two orders of it so we got double the meat double the shrimp double the bill. She said well your suppose to say “filet add shrimp” if you only wanted one. Food was good thanks to the chef but I wouldn’t come back based on my service experience with Teresa.
We were in Niagara for our anniversary.
Our waiter Mike was awesome and really funny! Took very good care of us.
Food was delicious and ambiance was great!
It was a little noisy but overall ok.
The prices are crazy but it’s like any restaurant in Niagara.
When you select a high end dining experience you expect exemplary culinary delights reflecting the price. Failure to do so in every element must be exposed.
Great food, service/server (Dante) and ambience to help my wife and I celebrate our 11yr anniversary!!
Great food as always and the service was fantastic. Special things to Nick B.
We found everything on the menu to be outrageously over priced for the quality of the food served .
The food is great but everything is individually priced on menu and website has no prices. The prices are very high for what you get and portions are very small. I enjoyed the food but many restaurants can offer similar at one third the price plus they charge you a additional Niagara Falls tax on your meal. Overall worth trying once but don’t think would ever return.
Best steak ever
Even though the food was good, the pricing was ridiculous. MUCH higher than other
RC locations. Will not be dining there any time soon with this kind of pricing.
Everything was as expected.
The service was amazing, the steak was alright. Stay far away from the asparagus, its overcooked and stringy. this has to be the best ruth Chris location when it comes to ambiance.
Done up nice! Food was beyond fantastic. Service was great and it was a fabulous evening all round
The ambience was horrific. The table selection was initially terribly located (at the end of an empty restaurant, the layout and style were awful). Why curtains? It felt like I was inside a raunchy strip joint, low class.
The host was a young man with no clue what he was doing, and the servers were loud and obnoxious in the hallway, making conversation difficult if you could get the decor out of your mind.
The server was not attentive. We asked for lemon/water. She brought water and promised to bring lemon wedges after, and the lemons showed up when we were paying the bill.
After waiting for 30 minutes, we received a soup first as an appetizer, and 25 minutes later, the second appetizer showed up with the rest of the food. Not precisely a high-end service.
My steak was overcooked, and after I tried to eat half the steak, the server asked how the food was. We explained the issue. She wanted to do her best and came back indicating that the manager took care of the steak and it would not appear on the bill.
When the bill came in, the bill showed a 50% charge for the overcooked food.
Worst Ruth Chris anywhere by far. Terrible service. Cold steaks. Cold coffee. Wine arrived after steaks. What can I say just awful.
Great food and experience. Only issue was limited menu due to COVID
It was my friends birthday, so we went here to celebrate.
Unfortunately our experience was ruined by a table of ladies who clearly either don’t get out much and don’t understand basic fancy restaurant etiquette, or get out too much and don’t give a crap about others around them. Their volume was exceedingly disgusting. I was disappointed. Not the restaurant‘s fault, of course.
Thought the Porterhouse was going to taste better than it did. Highly overrated, but still good. There could’ve been more asparagus and mushrooms for the price. Sad that the Caesar salad cost the same as the cooked sides.
Service by Dante and Nicol was wonderful. Enjoyable setting and overall delicious. Just not even a little bit close to a good value.
Exceptional service. Our server was amazing. Extremely overpriced. Mains do not come with sides. Food is very tasty though. Everything is extra. Atmosphere is lovely.
It was my first time and my wife’s and it was absolutely amazing, the food, the ambiance and our server Ashley was absolutely wonderful…🖤🖤🖤
Looked at the menu online and when I got there they had cut many things off the menu. They sit you in booths where you can't really see where your server is. Waited a long time for someone to come back to us to even refill water. I probably would have ordered another drink if someone showed up to ask. One of the managers bought us a bottle when we told her the situation. For the money you pay the service should be spot on. I have gone to Ruth's Chris for a long time and have always had a positive experience. While the steaks were great and not a negative experience, for the money I expect more.
Way over priced, I know location comes into it but when compared to another location we were recently at, we paid at least $150 more. Service was good. Food was OK. Couple beside us walked out due to lack of service. Our server was pleasant and efficient and made the experience.
Will not return.
all good great service
Our server Mike was amazing. Really made our experience here great. We came for a birthday and had a wonderful dinner.
Food was on point (steak was cooked to our liking) and they accommodated our young daughter by placing us in a setting away from the very quiet tables. Music was 3 different sources being piped from many speakers which was distracting. The most frustrating part was the service. We were left at our table for extended lengths of time with no check ins even when we requested to pay our bill and even offered up our cards on the table. There is no reason my husband should be able to walk to a parking garage and back and still be waiting for us to pay. No one wants to wait that long after finishing a meal. If we were still eating dessert, we get the space..but not when we are completely finished and part of our table stepped away.
I would never eat at Ruth Chris again. Having to pay 90$ for a small filet is absurd. The ambience was not up to Ruth Chris standards, nor was the service.
I’ve been at a few Ruth Chris before, mainly in the USA. Last night food was just ok. We were 2 couples, each one of us took an app and we had 3 steaks. We also had $250 worth of wine. Total bill was $1,200. It was not worth that much.I think this is due to the location of this Ruth Chris. Being in Niagara Falls tourist area, I think they do not pay as much attention to the details and quality of other locations.
It was ok. Server was good. Didn’t care to upsell at all though will drinks to start or refills or appetizers. The value for the food was not good at all. Not enough food and was not great. Overall it was just ok
