While the steaks were good, our table of 8 had one server that simply could not keep up. Our meal took three hours from start to finish, much of which was spent simply waiting for our server to appear so we could finally order.

Experience and service was good! The table my party of 5 sat at, was tilted and my drink spilled. They did tried to accommodate to another table but it was too much of a hassle so they just another drink. The food was not very exciting for the price. The chicken a high rated and it was really good but the steak on the other hand didn’t have much excitement for the money that was paid I think it needed more seasoning or flavor. Overall good experience but not my #1 steak house

Our server was great and the food was delicious as always. We celebrated our 40 anniversary and was surprised by rose petals across the table and anniversary card. Can’t say enough about how special RC is and has been throughout all our visits.

Excellent food and service with extra attention to our anniversary celebration. We highly recommend. Our only complaint is that it was very cold inside the restaurant. Bring a light jacket.

We had a phenomenal experience last night at Ruth Chris. We ate earlier and were placed in a corner of the smaller dining room. Was so pleasant to have a nice and quiet conversation. Food and service were unmatched. Best steak and shrimp cocktail we have had in ages.

We arrived about 15 minutes early and were seated immediately our server came over to introduce herself and her helper and left to give us time to look at the wine list and menu. She returned to take our orders our meal was spaced very well never felt rushed and everyone’s meal was delicious. We will definitely return.

Another fabulous mean at Ruth's Chris, and my wife and I appreciated all the special touches for our anniversary. I wish we could afford to eat there more often! One minor thing.... the music playing over the sound system doesn't seem to be music that would play at a high class restaurant like Ruth's. Just my two cents! But overall..... fabulous, and Laura was a first-class server.

Went for Magical Dining with a friend whom I haven't seen in close to a year. Melissa was our server, and she was very kind and personable. She provided excellent and quick service. The food was extremely delicious and flavorful.

Usually I love to go to Ruth Chris, because it was consistently good. This time however one of our two steaks was well done instead of medium. It was changed but the server left the lobster and the spinach on the table, which was cold until the new steak came. Also the lobster was overcooked and hard. The other steak was an 11oz filet (usually a thick cut) which was very thin and after a few minutes on the hot plate medium well to well done instead of medium. We were really disappointed from our visit.

I have been coming to this exact location for my birthday for the past five years, but I will not be returning after this last visit. We waited an hour in between each course, making our dinner take roughly three hours. Half of our party's steaks were undercooked, and after sending them back, they were still undercooked. Our server also told us that he gave the notepad that he was using to his colleague and then they threw the slip containing our order away! The kiss of death was that the management was completely oblivious to the fact that we were waiting so long and that our food was cooked incorrectly; when we told him this, he put all of the blame on the servers and took no personal responsibility saying he "was not made aware". This was a very disappointing birthday dinner, but luckily Eddie V's is just down the street.

The food was excellent. Unfortunately, even though the service started out decent, it declined once we got our food from the food runner. Our server was polite, but made no effort to engage with us, ask questions, make recommendations, etc. Then he obviously got sat with two larger parties and he stopped coming by. Not sure if he rang our food in incorrectly, but the food runners never knew what dish went where. We were a party of two. Once our entree’s came out, the server didn’t come back again. He visited the table behind us several times plus his other tables. He never asked us how our food was nor offered to get me a refill. We did express our concerns to a manager who thanked us for the feedback and did take some items off our check, which was appreciated but not required. I would come back for the delicious steak!

Wife's steak was supposed to be well done. It arrived all red on the inside. She didn't want to "make it an issue" and tried to eat it but was disgusted and stopped eating it. We did bring it to the attention of the manager, who agreed that her meal was not as ordered and wanted to replace it. However, we were closer to the end of the meal and quite frankly, she could not bring herself to eat any more. While we did not ask to have her meal comp'd, the manager told us that wanted to comp her meal. We appreciate the Manager's attempt to correct the situation. The wait staff were great and everything else was fine. The Dining Room was less than 25% occupied at the time this happened. The chef needs to be more closely supervised.

Ruth’s Chris is our favorite place to dine outside of home. Last night the service was slow, the plate was definitely not the standard 500° that makes the steaks so special. There was no sizzle on our ribeye plates, the sides were lukewarm (with the exception of the sweet potato casserole), and the glass of wine arrived at the end of our meal. We have dined consistently at Ruth’s Chris on Sandlake Road for the past 10 years. Anytime we’re out of town we find a Ruth’s Chris. This is by far our least favorite experience. We are hoping it was due to the fact that there was a large party in the main dining room. We will return and look forward to the dining experience we’ve become used to.
