Food and service was outstanding, per usual. We tried the calamari, which was very good, the shrimp- which was amazing. I would highly recommend that. One of the guest got the lobster Mac. It was ok. I’m not a huge Mac & cheese person. Everyone else raved about it. I always go with the Ruth Classic-6 oz filet with a lobster tail, house salad, garlic mash and I upgrade to a crème brûlée. My dinner was cooked to perfection and delicious! There were no complaints for any of us!

The fillet was delicious! The recommended sweet potato casserole was over the top! Will definitely select that again! The Old Fashion cocktail was perfect! All in all, a fantastic dining experience.

Since the beginning of the meal is usually warm bread I was always happy, in the past, with their wonderful selection. They have switched to a off the shelf either French Baggett or small Italian loaf. Not very good and that sets the tone for the rest of the meal. Bring back the warm wonderful bread that you used to serve.

What a wonderful experience to make our anniversary more memorable. The entire staff made us feel as though they were determined to make our night something we would never forget, and they did. John, our server was extremely attentive, the food was exceptional and to end the evening with a special Anniversary Dessert. Highly recommend Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Ponte Vedra Beach. To begin it was my daughter’s 21st birthday celebration. Staff did not sign card nor was happy birthday sung to her and their was no candle in the cake. The bottom of my daughters drink had a bar fly, my filet mignon and my wife’s were fatty. Waiter told us to ask for the center cut next time. I had to remind the waiter about my beer when everyone else’s drinks came. The other cocktails that we ordered were unbelievably strong. Absolutely not enjoyable. We had to wait for the refire for my wife’s new steak to come out and she ate it alone. This is not the first disappointment with this location in regards to service and food issues . We’ve had Ruth’s Chris in DC, NY, NJ, Tampa and Hawaii.

Superb experience. Our server John took amazing care of us. The food was exceptional and reaffirmed my love for Ruth's Chris Ponte Vedra. Frankly, the prior two visits had been sub-par. This was my last try to get back the old glory of the restaurant. And they hit it out of the park. The steaks were done absolutely perfectly, not easy when we both ordered filet's medium, one butterflied. Both were done exactly as we asked. The potatoes were perfect. On my prior two visits the creamed spinach was more like spinach soup, but last night the creamed spinach was perfect. Plenty of cream but the perfect consistency was hit. Drinks were kept fresh by our super-attentive server. I would rate this experience a 10 out of 10, glad that RCPV has kept me as a loyal customer.

Service was a 10 - steaks were way over cooked. They did offer to correct them but I was too hungry to wait and I honestly expect it to be correct the first time for such a fine establishment.

There are no words to accurately express the experience we had at Ruth's Chrs Steakhouse, but I will try. This was our first time dining at RCS. There were four in our party. The kitchen staff under the leadership of Jonathan Combs should receive a monetary award for exceeding excellence. We ordered four different dishes, each were flawless and indescribably delicious. The side dish serving portions adequately serve two people. Our server Jason was attentive, informative, and quick. The General Manager, Bryan NcAuley should get an award for creating such a welcoming, friendly establishment. We will definitely return and highly recommend to those who appreciate quality food & service.

This location has gone down hill some. Food was good but they were out of two of the steaks I wanted. How does that happen at a steak place. Ordered wine and had two ask twice for them to bring it. Was seated right next to noisy kid table. Not an enjoyable evening. Use to love this place.

We had a party of 4. Three of the 4 steaks had to return to the kitchen because they were too hot to serve. So one person started dinner while we all waited. We ordered dessert for the table, it took over 15 minutes. It appeared that our server was too busy taking care of a larger table. The restaurant was not that crowded. The brussel sprouts were not fully cooked and were hard. Very disappointed.

Me and my guests were greeted by Frank, the Restaurant Manager. He was gracious and interested in assuring our total satisfaction with our dinner. This was a great extra. We ordered two appetizers to share, Mushrooms stuffed with crab and the stuffed ravioli. Both were absolutely delectable. We then ordered the Petite Filet, one medium, one medium rare and one well done. All three came exactly as ordered. The quality and taste of the Fillets were exceptional. Our sides included one baked potato with the works, one Creamed Spinach(My absolute favorite,) a salad. They were perfect. Our waiter, Cody, was exceptional. This visit was another example of a perfect evening at Ruth's Chris on Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.

The food was great, but expensive!! But I stand by what I say here: had the best filet mignon I have EVER had. They have a few rare wines and champagnes on their list, and the waitstaff made us feel like royalty. I was impressed. Best time to get here if you want a quiet ambiance is 430-5 for an early dinner.
