    The food was delicious; I had a stuffed chicken entree and roasted brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes. However, the food was not a healthy diet. The chicken was stuffed with too much cheese and the sprouts must have been roasted in a stick of butter with bacon added.

    It was an absolutely fantastic experience from the beginning to the end, the atmosphere was awesome, our waiter was amazing, the foooood was so good I can't even begin to write about it or I'd be here all day. Extremely spendy but its about what you'd expect for what you're getting

    Such a great experience from beginning to end! I wish I could put 5 stars for service and it surely be because Seana was amazing in every way. However, the guy who packed our food didn’t pack our remaining appetizers up. Which was super disappointing because there was so much of it left. And I specifically told the waiter/ server helper person who bagged it up for us, I wanted four boxes(remaining entrees, sides and appetizer)and all of it bagged up. Only to be disappointed when we got home and there was no goat cheese with artichoke dip to watch with our movie. Overall though, dinner was great, atmosphere and our “regular” server Seana AMAZING. The helper waiter/ server I will definitely watch when packing up our food next time we’re in.

    We had dinner a week before and the food was wonderful This time the fillet steak was not flavorful and I was disappointed by the decrease in quality and the way the steak was prepared.

    Amazing as always. Would eat here more often if it was not downtown. I am noise sensitive, so this place can be loud when it's busy. Otherwise it's an amazing experience if you want a steak!!

    Granted i arrived at 9:30 (30 min. before close) but I have never had such a poor Ruth Chris experience . Steak came out and was just a big piece of fat. Maybe they were low on choice cuts with late in day? Not seasoned or cooked to the right temperature, inedible. Manager came out and “Mae it right” by taking off the steak but left me to pay for the sides and desert I never ate..laughable Shame because I’ve been to this location. And was food before

    As always the food was cooked to perfection. We enjoyed amazing fresh bread prior to dinner and an amazing wine selection. What made this night extremely perfect was the outstanding service from all the staff at Ruth Chris, but the server & assistant was the best part! I appreciate her recommendations and outstanding customer service skills.

    The spicy shrimp was amazing. And the steak was delicious. The baked potato was a little hard but overall it was amazing experience. The food was great.

    Ruth’s Chris is an iconic steak house. The food is delicious and the service is great. The food is VERY expensive. If you love a fine dining experience and are not concerned about the cost, Ruth’s is for you.

    Fantastic birthday dinner. Our server was exceptional- he knew quite a bit about wines and recommended a local Pinot Beau Freres that paired perfectly with our filet mignon and sides. They ran out of croutons so we ended up skipping it which was fine - we had the lobster bisque instead with their delicious bread. Yum!

    Food was good but very expensive and not worth the cost. Ambiance was fine until a large (about 8 people) and loud group fresh from the bar was seated next to us. It ruined our nice night out.

    So this is the first time we have ever sat in the bar to eat and although it was quiet and we had a window seat, we probably should have kept our reservation in the dining room due to our own "expectations". The dining room has tenured waiters who are fantastic and excellent at their job while it seems like the bar side has younger less experienced staff which I do get and understand, just didn't think about it... The waitstaff were very friendly and attentive but the level or knowledge and professionalism just isn't as sharp on the bar side. And we probably shouldn't expect it as more burgers, apps, and drinks are probably ordered on the bar side but we won't sit back on this side again for dinner. Nothing major happened or was egregious, but simple things were missed. Our forks were taken away with our salads and had to ask for new ones as they weren't replaced. Then our steaks came and we had to ask for steak knives. My wife asked for her steak not to come on sizzling butter and it came with sizzling butter (this could have been the kitchens fault as well...). My wife's steak was ordered medium rare but most of the center of her filet was raw and cold, not red and cool... we told the waiter and he offered to take it back but my wife didn't want to make a fuss so he left it as-is. A waiter on the dinner side would have insisted they take it back and got it just the way she wanted (they have done this before). It was just a too casual experience on the barside and made us feel more like eating at a Texas Road House vs a high end steakhouse like Ruth Chris and when you spend several hundred for a meal for two, you do expect exceptional service.

    It's Ruth's Chris so you know the beef is going to be great. And it was. The sides and appetizers we had, however, were underwhelming. The seared tuna was not really that good: not enough of a crusted sear, the tuna itself tasted and had the mouthfeel of frozen tuna. The crab meat mushroom caps were way too soggy. We had our appetizers in about 5 minutes so they must have been sitting around waiting somewhere. The side dish of au gratin potatoes were very bland. Our complimentary cheesecake dessert was wonderful. Our server, Giocomo, was terrific.
