We were praying over our food when our server interrupted to clarify the order. We politely said hold we are blessing the food and she said but we’re not done ordering. We thought she didn’t understand so we said it again we are praying and she said I know but the order is not done. Like who interrupts a group of people with bowed head closed eyes and prayers going up. I thought it was a mistake but no she doubled down like that order was more important.

Honestly, I'd rather eat at the Roseville Galleria location because they actually cooked everything to perfection. This location overcooked one of our steaks and undercooked another. It really was not a great experience. I would never go back to this location.

Would’ve been a better experience if they offered vegetarian options which it clearly claims to offer ‘upon request’ on their menu. Not all guests in a typical party of 4 or 6 can eat meat for many reasons. Everyone felt uncomfortable seeing one person in the group not being able to eat and having more meal options could’ve eased the situation. Service was great, however.

Servers were excellent and attentive! Really appreciated the manager walking around to check in as well. We certainly felt taken care of for our anniversary. The food was excellent as always, which also is why we keep coming back for our anniversary in addition to the excellent customer service.

The service was incredible but honestly the food was subpar especially the steak. It was like it was left under the heat lamp while we waited an hour for our food and the three people that got to the restaurant after us had already gotten their food before they brought ours out forgetting to bring side dishes. I expect more from a restaurant that costs as much as this.

Staff and service were all amazing. Our waitress was especially friendly. They have a gorgeous dining room. It’s the food quality that kills it. The overall taste of the steak is just butter. For reference I got the $71 fillet. The steak was tender enough but it has one singular taste, and that’s butter. Every bite has an overwhelming aftertaste of just movie theater butter. The sides were good and what you would expect. Not a good critic. I’m never harsh on restaurants and definitely not a snob, but this was a $200 disappointment.

Service staff were friendly and attentive. The food we ordered was very good (salads, sides, steak) - steakhouse standards, familiar and comfortable, executed very well. Steak excellent, cooked to perfection, but honestly could have done w/o the butter. Would specify that if I ever returned. Decor does not affect quality of food or service and normally I would not comment but I found the inside of the restaurant to be boring, all flat charcoal and gray. Introducing some color or texture on walls or booths would give it more personality. It's a special occasion place, needs a little something. Nevertheless we had a very nice evening there.

My wife and I celebrated our 41st wedding anniversary last night. It was our first time dining at Ruth’s Chris. We had heard many great things about your steak house. Our experience not only met our expectations, they exceeded them. We were greeted by the hostess and manager with, “Happy Anniversary, Mr. and Mrs. Burney,” after we told them our name and reservation time. The service was exceptional, their recommendations on point, and the food was exquisite! We had a wonderful time and we intend to make Ruth’s Chris a more frequent choice. Thank you for making our anniversary so special!!!

I had a very special celebration set up with the person that I spoke to in reference to bringing in a birthday cake and decor. This was my dinner celebration with my twin sons after missing 5 years of their birthday. When I arrived, I was told the gifts and balloons could not be put on our table yet. The cake went into the frig. When 5 of us were seated, then and only then was the table decor and balloons were placed on the table. End of meal the server came to ask about dessert!!!!!!! I looked at her perplexed!!! I mouthed CAKE. She then went and brought it to our table. My sons figured it out. No surprise with anything I had planned. Nothing that I planned and received an affirmation from your staff was done. I had to request water multiple times. The plates were not removed in a timely manner. I am so disappointed with your staff's lack of attention and service. I will never come back to this particular location of your restaurant. I will share my bad experience with my friends and family.

It was my husband's birthday and we were treated wonderfully by the staff, the table was sprinkled with birthday sprinkles and the food was amazing. Both the pre-waiter and our waiter were incredible - kind, happy, positive, and efficient. We will definitely return.

The food is consistently well prepared and delicious. We went during lunch time for our anniversary and they even went out of their way to give us sides that were only featured on the dinner menu.
