Service was excellent. We were seated at a lovely table and they remembered our wedding anniversary - shout out to Ricardo for great service. The only recommendation is to make the onion soup hotter. It was luke warm so the cheese was hard. Should be served piping hot so that the cheese is super melted.

Usually I eat seafood and i tried the Crusted Halibut it was very dry. I was disappointed. I also had a wedge salad which was not very tasteful. Tuna, calamari, bbq shrimp, french onion was great. Lamb chops, filet were a hit.

We visited the bar three different days prior to eating. The lady bartender on two of the bar visits was surprisingly unfriendly and had no contact with us except to order our drinks. On the third visit, she was actually worse. We had one drink and left. On our second bar visit, we had a gentleman bartender. He greeted us with a smile and took our order. He visited with us several times. If I ever go back to that RC's bar and the lady bartender is there, I will go elsewhere. Now to dinner. Dinner was excellent. Food and service was excellent. Everything was cooked properly and hot. This was the RC's we normally experience.

Wanted a good evening with some great wine and even better steaks. Got the wine but the steaks were not worth the dollar for a 170 dollar tomahawk u expect high quality and a tender cut. Unfortunately this was not the case. The waiter was good but not fantastic. Would expect more - not coming back to this one.

I just had the most AMAZING experience and meal while visiting Isla Verde in puerto rico today. I've never been to your steakhouse before and I am so incredibly impressed. My wife and I went out for a fancy dinner to celebrate my 40th birthday today. When I got there we were taken to our table, the hostess dropped some sparkly happy birthday confetti on the table. We ordered our food (petite filet and the baked potato) I have never in my life had a steak served that sounded like fajitas coming out on a hot plate. The buttery goodness sauce (whatever it was) was fantastic! Everything was so well done perfectly. The servers and the food. Everything was just sheer perfection! Absolutely a job well done! Thank you for being a great part of my birthday!

SURPRISINGLY DRESS REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT FOLLOWED . Guests in shorts, sandals , t shirts not in accordance to the quality standards of RUTH CHRIS AS WE KNOW FOR A LONG TIME . Babies crying next to our table is annoying. Free Valet parking is advertised but is not available . Just they offered a $10 discount on a $28 cost of valet . No birthday celebration was given as all other restaurants of the chain do .

Food was good. Service was great… we forgot our leftovers that they wrapped for us and we called like 5 times to see if we could grab it but they wouldn’t answer their phones at 930 when they didn’t close until 10. Feel like I wasted my money because I had only eaten a little bit of my $120 meal, luckily my husband ate his there so he was satisfied. I felt a little pressured when the server asked us if we wanted to tip more than the gratuity included in the bill( puts u in an awkward position, I feel like if we wanted to give more we would if offered, it comes off as begging and that’s not cute) we gave extra, but … it was .. a different experience.

Even though I visit the restaurant often, this time the food was at a sub standard level. The soup was cold, the salad was not fresh and the meat did not taste as good as before. The food quality was not at the expected level neither at the price paid for it.

My wife and I had a very good meal,as expected, with Ruth’s Chris quality. The only knock would be the calamari appetizer was a little over cooked. That said the entrees, sides, desert and service were excellent. Of course when you pay those prices the expectations go way up and for the most part, they delivered. We will definitely go back again.

Steaks ordered medium, came well done. Our waiter was very nice and quickly corrected this but the hostess was sitting on the floor behind the podium scrolling on her phone when we were walking out. After dropping $600 on dinner it would be nice to get a smile and a thank you. We’ve been to many other Ruth Chris Steakhouses and had amazing experiences. This one just didn’t meet the same standards or expectations that we have for the price range.
