Janey was our server and she was outstanding. She took very good care of us. The shrimp cocktail was awesome. Crab stuffed mushrooms were delicious. The wedge salad was fresh and loaded with blue cheese. Our steaks were a little undercooked but we’re perfectly seasoned and delicious. Gotta get the sweet potato casserole and lobster Mac n Cheese. Roasted brussel sprouts not so good. Over all great dining experience. Would recommend to anyone!!

Tonight’s dinner was disappointing. I ordered a filet cooked medium and it came out well done. It wasn’t just that the cook was off the cut of meat didn’t even look like a filet. It was dry and grainy. I will say that the manager was very apologetic and did a great job of making amends.

Complete mix up with reservation. Two out if three meals forgotten. Eventually arrived after mird than one hour wait. One portion of fries were obviously someone's missed order & re-heated We were offered one appetizer free then the whole meal. The management were charming& accommodating, but the evening was ruined.

Just about everything for my nephew's graduation celebration was perfect! A couple of steaks that we requested at medium were served well done, but they were edible. Our thanks to the manager on duty, all our hostesses and servers.

We love Ruth's Chris. We come here 1-2 times a year. The food is always consistent. Sometimes it's for happy hour, which is such a great deal. This time we had the prix fix dinner, another good deal. The steak is delicious. They flavor it so well, unlike other places where the steak has no flavor and it's just meat. It comes on a hot plate so you let it cook on there a little more (ordered medium rare and got cooked to medium). The crab cakes are really good. We always enjoy it!

Server was solid (as usual for Ruth's), but you could tell he was kind of new, or just unusually nervous. We ordered our wine, which was brought within about three minutes. We ordered two steaks and two sides, and were quite surprised when the food arrived in less than ten minutes. Keeping in mind this was on a Friday at around 6:00. The place was pretty busy, as to be expected for a Ruth's in Scottsdale. The steaks were ridiculously great (again, as usual) and the sides, mashed potatoes and mushrooms, were the perfect accompaniment to our steaks (her ribeye and my filet). We asked to box up what we couldn't finish and a server came by and boxed everything up for us. We were treated warmly by every staff member who we interacted with, and there is a reason why we visit Ruth's for special occasions. I understand the chain was recently sold. My only hope is that they literally do not change a thing. Don't fix it if it isn't broken.

Our drinks, appetizers, and entrees were great. I thought the vegetable sides could have have been crisper, tastier, but they were ok. The ambiance could be improved with lighting and arranging of the tables out the window on the patio. The service was friendly, helpful, and efficient. We had a great meal and experience.

Our table of 6, right next to the servers stand/computer and squeezed against the glass where all patrons walk by to get from the bar to the main dining room, was very awkward. We did not complain, but we were squeezed into what should have been a table for 4, max. Rob was a great server so we dealt with it, but just form a customer perspective and a +$600 tab, it was not optimal.

Would have been an outstanding evening. But the receptionist told my guests that I was not there, even though I was already seated at my reserved table. Waiter assured me they would be brought to my table once they arrived. It was a half hour later that I went searching and found them waiting outside the restaurant. Not acceptable! Hope they learned.

Our family took mom to Ruth Chris to celebrate her 93rd birthday. Ruth Chris has always been our special occasion place throughout the years but after this last visit not so sure it will be our future go to place. As we have always done in the past we pre requested our special corner table along with the beef carpaccio appetizer. We got neither which was disappointing to say the least. Two in our party ordered New York strip steaks which were filled with grizzle and very hard to cut and eat. The service was fair which is not acceptable for what the food costs

We had a gift certificate for our Anniversary cause we heard it was a great steak house, this was our 1st time there service was great wasn't a fan of the booth table set up and our steaks weren't favor flavorful & kinda tuff to cut into I had a filet & my husband had a ribeye we asked to be cooked medium and there was no pink at all. Overall wasn't very impressed with what we got for the price we paid

My friend (it was his birthday) ordered a 11 oz steak and received a 8 oz instead, so they brought him another 4 oz. although both were good, the 11 oz which I got was a lot better.

Yes, indeed! Their wait staff (our waiter, Ken, was awesome, very helpful and fun!) are great! All had smiles, were gracious, and obviously enjoyed their work!! Food was absolutely excellent! Prices were what I expected, with no surprises. The only negative, was I had a glass with a small crack in it (yes, I was immediately replaced), one of my knives had some water spots (not a big deal), a bread plate has some goo on it (we replaced it also right away), and our top white table cloth had some minor nicks in the weave. By an large, this was surprising, given this was a Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, but that didn't really bother me, other than I was a little disappointed. Again, the food and service, which is the most important things, were awesome!!
