Our beef is USDA Prime and it is cooked the way Ruth intended it to be, in 1800 degree broilers and served on 500 degree plates. The menu is inspired by Ruth's New Orleans heritage.

    Oh my!!! That Carrot Cake and that Blueberry mixed drink was AWESOME!!! My husband and I shared the Porterhouse Steak with Garlic Mashed Potatoes. Being that, it was my first time ever eating a steak at a Steak House, I was so expressed. Whenever we go to Ruth Chris’s I get the stuff chicken, because I really don't eat steak , but this steak was so delicious and tender. The seasoning was immaculate !!! Wow is all I can say!!!

    We had dinner to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary and 1st anniversary of relocating to NC. Our waiter, Tee, was awesome!! And the food was delicious!! Our waiter gave my husband and I glasses of champagne & cheesecake.

    We came to celebrate my brother’s birthday and the atmosphere and service were excellent. Our server, Levi, was actively attentive, available, caring, and detail-oriented. The manager, Eric, was also positively present, friendly, and engaging. His wine knowledge and table presence made a huge impact on our experience; he helped us make the best wine choices available and did so with a smile.

    I flew in from Arizona today and after an exhausting three hour delay it was nice to have a wonderful meal. I sat in the bar where Caroline and Elena took very good care of me and I enjoyed the Ruth classic deal where you get salad or soup an entrée a side and a dessert… It was truly wonderful!

    Absolutely delicious food and outstanding service! Our server, Ryan P was amazing and super attentive to our needs. We were expecting to spend a lot of time there but had to rush off to make a show that we were invited to last minute, and he made sure everything was perfect and that we got out of there in a timely manner. 10/10!

    Food was great. My fillet pretty much melted off the fork. Service was excellent. I cant remember the young guys name but he stayed on top off everything. Managers where close by just observing, but they did come to check and make sure everything was as expected. We came for our anniversary. It was our first time there but we will definitely be returning. Just a great overall experience.

    Excellent experience. Appreciated the service and hospitality from Kenneth. Our party of 6 all enjoyed their dinners and the service. The valet attendants were working hard especially in the midst of a downpour of rain and thunder, they deserve kudos and a pat on the back. We look forward to returning soon.

    Testy was great but Open Table really screwed up the reservation. Well I made it it should Uptown Charlotte. But I sent the reservation to my friend and it showed Southpark. She took an Urber to Southpark and I drove to Uptown. This was all on Open Table because I only sent what was from Open Table. Not the best way to celebrate my good friend’s birthday

    The service was fast and efficient. Our server was training a new server so we had two waiting on us. The food came out perfectly as ordered. We made our meal an Oscar and the crab and asparagus was done just right and we love Bernaise sauce which completed our meal

    Our visit was really nice. It has been about 4 years since our last visit. The food was just as I remembered. Everything was very tasty and our Waiter T was super personable, friendly and efficient. I had the lamb chops which were cooked to perfection and I tried my Sister’s lobster Mac-n-cheese. It was very delicious and rich. If you’re looking for a fine dining experience with great service I would highly recommend you check them out.

    Great place to dine with family, friends, or even by one's self! The atmosphere is very pleasant as are the hosts, and wait staff. The menu is varied in that it caters not only to carnivores (don't be mislead by "steak house"). My waiter was very knowledgeable as to the menu and offered some wonderful suggestions to the changes that I requested as related to the menu. The food for me was perfectly seasoned and very good. Would I recommend this restaurant? Absolutely, yes!

    Server was extremely slow. I indicated when I reserved that we would be celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary. Not one mention from anyone. Every table around me was asked and referenced a special occasion. Food was excellent as always, but the overall experience was very unfavorable.
