We save Ruth's for special occasions and are never disappointed. We were lucky to have Frank as our waiter the last 3 visits. Total pro at his job. Food was excellent and the value of the Classic steak choice is phenomenal. We'll be back for our 34th wedding anniversary.

Excellent service. Steak was cooked to perfection. Seafood tower not worth the price. A few shrimp, small lobster tail and claws and a tower full of ice. Overall, excellent meal.

I have enjoyed many experiences at different locations but was very disappointed at this one. Walking in one host was very nice but one was eating at the desk and one didn’t seem to care to say hello. We walked to our table and noticed the carpet looked dirty and chairs were a bit worn. I debated leaving at that point but decided to give it a chance. Seemed pretty empty for a Saturday night but sounded like a private event was in the next room. Sitting at table it seemed like the employees were stressed and were running around in an unorganized fashion. I felt the waiter judged us immediately and started off nice but was very condescending and seemed uninterested the rest of the night. I asked if a drink was good in his opinion and he answered its popular. Most would say I don’t / haven’t tried it but it’s very popular and other guest have loved it. Maybe even offer to make it right if I didn’t like it for some reason. Ordered it and it was good so had we no complaints. When they served the water the waiter nearly knocked the menu out of my friends hand and just leaned over the table to pour each glass to instead of walking around. Asked for lemon for the water and it took nearly 10 minutes to get. Choosing to bring it back when the drinks were made so he didn’t have to take a second trip. The ravioli was a bit cold but tasted good. One staff member was dragging what looked like a metal shelf across the floor and I could see it was heavy. I wished they would have helped her carry it and was surprised to see how they were breaking down/setting up during dinner. I know this is a chain but I thought it was comparable to a Capital Grille which has excellent service, it felt more like a Outback Steakhouse with inflated prices. The steak was solid I remember at other locations it was served in a different style dish but the hot plate worked. Overall for a $500 dinner I would look elsewhere. Thank you to the hostess who was very friendly.

This is a birthday/any celebration any time restaurant for myself and my family. The food is delicious, the service impeccable, the value cannot be beat. For us I have to give a special shout out to our beloved waiter, Don, who has been at this Ruth's Chris for so many years and whose service cannot be matched. And there's Mike D., an amazing waiter, and who could forget Mandy, efficient and kind, just an absolute gem. I can't wait to return!

The service was attentive at first, but dinner was served on the edge of the table, serving spoons just laid on the table for the sides. Wine was not refilled promptly and one streak was underdone and had to go back. Food was delicious. Service just wasn’t at the level of a steak house.

My experience was not too good. They did not have the seafood tower and the steak wasn't cooked correctly. They sat everyone in the same area although the restaurant was mostly empty. It was dark and all the curtains were closed no view! Not impressed at all. The best thing was the cheesecake.

My wife and I have dined in over 30 different Ruth’s Chris restaurants around the states including one in Maui. The food is always consistent thru out the chain. My experience at the Westchester restaurant was not quite up to par. The lobster bisque had a burnt taste. I told the waiter but no one came to table. I told him again when he brought the check and also mentioned the price of drinks are EXTREMELY HIGH. As I was walking out the manager came up and offered us a gift certificate for return visit.

Our waiter Stephanus was really nice to us. We started off with the fried calamari which was so delicious and had a little bit of kick to it. I loved the stuffed chicken with mashed potatoes. My son James loved the steak with mashed potatoes. Our friend enjoyed a filet mignon with mashed potatoes. My son James loved the very rich decadent chocolate cake! Johnson who also helped out at our table was so nice and professional too. Lovely dining experience!

Ruth’s Chris is absolutely the best steak house around and we’ve been to many in CT and in NYC. That steak sizzling in the hot butter is just delicious. There’s no other steakhouse that serves it this way. Servers are professional yet friendly, martinis are great and dessert finishes off an amazing meal.

My husband and I were celebrating our 41st wedding anniversary at Ruth Chris. Our experience from the beginning with small balloon confetti on the tablecloth made us smile. Our server, Frank, was courteous, attentive and made us feel special. To top off the delicious Salmon and filet steak was the small cheesecake with a lighted candle with Happy Anniversary in chocolate. Thank you for making this dinner the best-#10. The Oldtimers.

I planned a farewell dinner for my sister and husband (along with family and friends) since they are leaving to relocate down south. Of course, Ruth’s Chris is a super place for such a special location. The Prix fix menu was terrific, all but two it’s us chose it. The filet mignon was as tender and delicious as alleyways- and perfectly cooked to specifications. Everyone was delighted. Our waiter, Mandy, was delightful. You can’t go wrong with Ruth’s Chris!

For that price I believe the presentation of the food should be on a higher level. No additional food decoration to give it that wow. Noise level was perfect. Service was also a fair could be better and this my honest opinion.

This was my wife's and my first time here. We were very excited and looking forward to the experience because from what we've heard the restaurant was outstanding. Surprisingly, it wasn't. We felt for the value the food was extremely overpriced. Steaks were not very tasty, my wife's lobster bisque was very salty. On another note, our waiter, Oscar, was phenomenal. He even told my wife about someone whom he knew that could help her with her stomach issues. On the other hand, the bus boys were not very friendly. In fact, one was even rude. As opposed to saying " Are you finished? " he just looked at us and said, "You done?" All in all the experience was quite satisfactory and needless to say we will not be back.

I ate at Ruth Chris, Westchester on Friday August 18th. This was the first time my experience at this location was poor. I felt a level of discrimination and the food was of lower quality. My lobster bisque was salty and my steak did not taste well. Not to mention feeling discriminated towards. My family and I sat near the window. The restaurant was about ten percent to capacity. This couple sat across from us then requested for the curtains to be closed. The waiter asked us if he can close the window to accommodate this couple. When I responded with no, explaining that would dim the lighting and make our area dark. He explained that the couple across, asked for it to be closed. He continues to explain the importance of accommodating the couple’s needs not acknowledging my needs (I was already setting for about an hour). This made my experience uncomfortable for the remainder of my time.
