Our 2nd year coming after Thanksgiving to celebrate our Anniversary. I’m guess with the holiday they were short staffed. Shrimp cocktail was amazing appetizer, Chalk Hill wine was amazing. Our waiter KJ was great, informative. I ordered salmon with the spicy sauce on the side. Was served with sauce on top of salmon. Too spicy so asked for rice on side. Served tiny portion of rice to cut the spiciness. Asked for water refills throughout evening- drank husbands. Ordered dessert with glass champagne for dessert. Served Champaign well after dessert was eaten. The restaurant was not overly busy- for the price- everything should have been timely and impeccable. My husband’s snapper dish and the shrimp cocktail appetizer were delicious as was the Caesar salad we split.

I should know better than to go to a steak restaurant and order turkey. There was more fat on the turkey than white meat and the dressing was way undercooked. The sweet potato casserole had more brown sugar than potatoes. The cranberry sauce was good. The steaks at the table were good. Learned a lesson.

First encounter was with two surly hostesses. After being seated, our waitress disappeared. Two other staff members came to our table to find out who our waitress was. When she returned, it was quite a long time and she had forgotten our wine. We ordered one appetizer, one soup, one glass of wine, small filet with three shrimp and a side-dish. The food was served on dinnerware that looked like it came from a cheap diner. $180 later....The food and service were far from being that valuable. Deeply disappointed and will not return.

After we sat down we waiting for about 30 minutes before someone waited on us, and eventually the waitress who did wait on us was not assigned to our table but was kind enough to take our orders. The food was good overall but had a lobster bisque that didn’t taste fresh the lobster was rubbery and the taste was off

We made last minute Thanksgiving day reservations at Ruth’s Chris and they found a way to fit us in. It was an early seating on the patio, but it was a beautiful afternoon and didn’t need the radiant heaters at each table. Though very busy we had wonderful, attentive service, each course timely and perfect. While I would typically have had a steak and Cabernet, I couldn’t resist the classic T-Day turkey special with all the fixings. Fabulous! Carved turkey, spicy stuffing, buttery mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce and pumpkin cheesecake. My wife’s Caesar salad and salmon were prepared exactly as she requested, not always an easy feat. It was our first time going out for Thanksgiving dinner and though skeptical on such a busy night, we could not have been more impressed. Thank you!

The service is marvelous--friendly, efficient, not rushed, helpful. The lobster bisque was too salty for my personal taste. The Thanksgiving Special was delicious. The food to takeaway is very thoughtful. My only complaint is the noise level. Need more "soft" surfaces to absorb some of it. Thank you very much. Great job.

We have dined at over 15 (Yes, we tried to count them) RCS’s, many on multiple occasions. This far exceeded all, including the first location in New Orleans. The rolls were hot, crusty and magnificent! Stephen gave excellent guidance for wine selections and kept the pace of service at the optimum. Tuna Ahi was good and had a nice aftertaste. Just go and enjoy!!!

Food was excellent. I cannot imagine a better filet than I had there last night. Our waiter seemed excellent when with us, but service was very slow, including for drinks. He disappeared for long periods of time, even after we had finished our meal and drinks and were ready to leave. After waiting to check out for an inordinate period of time, we left our table and went to reception to get our check so we could depart.

Ruth’s Chris is truly fine dining. We were seated in the outer section that was perfectly temp controlled and a unique setting. Aside from the star of the show (steak) the sides were shareable. Service was very good.

Celebrated a birthday for our first visit to Ruth’s Chris. Everything was great, entire staff very friendly and courteous, entrees were perfect as were the sides. Pre-dinner drinks were well made and the ambiance of the dining room was great. We will visit again!!!

By far the best restaurant in town, steaks were outstanding. My boyfriend and I are still mind blown days later. Definitely a only few year place because it’s very pricy. Although you’ll never taste anything like it so it’s very worth the cost. Jeff our server was so nice and helpful. Free desert for our birthdays as well. Thank you so much Ruth Chris!
