From the appetizers through desert, beautiful presentation, service, and palate. I simply love the way this chef seasons his food. Tried a different entre tonight. I had the Wild Mushroom Tagliolini. The use of the black truffle accentuates this dish, but it is not overbearing. One of the best if not best in town.

Stubborn Seed is a tasting menu only restaurant, with the option of a la carte service or the tasting menu at the bar. Reservations are available for table service and also available for the bar. Dress code strictly enforced as smart-casual. We are unable to accommodate tasting menus for guests following a vegetarian or vegan diet.

A cancellation fee of $50 per person will incur if cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation. On holidays and special occasions, cancellations fees will be $100 per person.

Pinch is one of the most underrated restaurants in Miami. Their food is always delicious and freshly made. The staff is great and accommodating. This was my first time back in a few years and it’s even more amazing than I remembered. The drinks are top notch and the food is even better.

We stayed at W Miami Beach and decided to try to available options at the hotel. The restaurant was empty when we entered. It felt like I bought the place out for the night. Our server was awesome. I looked at the menu on Open Table and decided I'd get the charcuterie board for starts. When I looked over the menu at the restaurant, it wasn't there. Our server asked the chef and they provided a very nice board. I also hoped for a beer I saw on the Open Table menu, La Fin Du Monde, that also was not available. Ok, I guess I'll have a Lagunita. On to the food, I ordered the slow-cooked short ribs. Slow-cooked short ribs have to be juicy and tender. Well, it was tender but tasted like chalk. They provided what I expected was a sauce for the short ribs. It seemed like straight soy sauce. I thought I needed a high blood pressure pill! Needless to say, I didn't eat the plate. The staff did notice my displeasure and took my plate off the bill. So, that was very nice of them. I'd go back ), but try something different. Thanks to our server again. I forget her name but she helped to salvage the night.

We recently hosted a dinner party to celebrate a high school graduation, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the service was excellent. We were a party of nine, and despite a personal issue that came up during the evening, the manager, Smauel went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and that we felt truly taken care of. The staff was attentive, kind, and professional throughout the night. The food was great and arrived in a timely manner, and the atmosphere made the celebration feel special. Thanks to the exceptional service and thoughtful attention from the manager, our entire group left happy and grateful. Highly recommend for any special occasion!
