My recent visit to Bachour in Coral Gables was a delightful culinary experience that lived up to the hype surrounding Chef Antonio Bachour’s renowned pastry and dining destination. The atmosphere is trendy yet inviting, with a modern industrial design and a charming floral archway at the entrance. The food was nothing short of exceptional. My husband started with the cream brûlée French toast, which was a standout—perfectly fluffy, with a rich, buttery flavor and just the right amount of sweetness. I had the eggs Benedict with a creamy hollandaise and crispy breakfast potatoes, was equally impressive, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients. Of course, the pastries are the crown jewel of Bachour. Each dessert was as visually stunning as it was delicious, reflecting Chef Bachour’s artistry. Service was attentive and friendly—our server, Tania R, offered spot-on recommendations and made the experience feel personalized. Overall, Bachour is a must-visit for foodies in Miami. Whether you’re there for breakfast, brunch, or just to indulge in their jaw-dropping desserts, it’s a culinary gem that delivers on flavor, presentation, and ambiance.
