Our server was fabulous. Being outside was so pleasant and it was easy to have a conversation (rare these days in restaurants) . I always get the Mediterranean salad. Tuna was a bit tough but still pretty good. The chicken parmesan our friends got was great and my husband's medallions were wonderful as always. We love Oasis Cafe.

We were new to Salt Lake City, and were worried the local eats wouldn't live up to expectations. I can say that Ivy & Varley blew those worries out of the water. The food was excellent, and the service was stellar. Very friendly and punctual, even though it was busy. I highly recommend the Cashew Kimchi Bowl. I will definitely come again, and will recommend the place to others!

Went to Apex to celebrate my birthday. Summer season is over and we’re coming right into fall so when we arrived at Apex, it was my husband and myself and Another single table occupied. Which did not take away from the service and attitude off the server and servers Collin, our waiter was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. My husband had a bone in New York State and I had the roasted cauliflower steak. Our appetizer was a heirloom tomato Barada salad Since we were celebrating my birthday, I got a complementary dessert it was Overall, we had a great time and I would definitely recommend to them out beautiful restaurant and a beautiful setting

Best view is outside so make sure the weather is good when you go. They do have heater that help with a slight chill
