as usual the food and dining experience was the best for anywhere in Southern Utah. Imi the owner and chef continues to deliver OUTSTANDING FOOD. We went for my 85th birthday, and we had a perfect experience for my special day.

Meat was very good! A little undercooked actually for our preference so maybe order a level more well done and it will hit the mark. Service was friendly and timely. A little pricey but the food quality was good so you get what you pay for!

First time here after reading great reviews and seeing their award history. Wow! An absolutely incredible meal. We had the filet and the tuna entrees. Both were simply incredible with the flavor profile off the chart. Really, really enjoyed both meals and could not decide which was the better of the two. Desert was amazing, the frozen coconut banana souffle was soooo good. We'd come back just for that! Service was good, but not great and did not match the quality of the food or the price. We had to hail down a server twice to get attention and that should NEVER be the case at a high quality restaurant like this, especially when the restaurant was not crowded at all.

We dined at The Capital Grille before our play at the Eccles Theater. As has been our past experience, our meal was stunningly good! Great drinks, wine, an outstanding Caesar salad with anchovies and a Gorgonzola crusted NY strip steak. Everything was superb including our wonderful server, Mason. We will always choose The Capital Grille before going to the theater!

Bodega is the street level Tavern, that offers no frills cocktails in addition to draft beer and shots.

With a reservation, or if allowed admission from the Bartender upstairs, you can experience The Rest. It is a subterranean gem that looks like a bar that Hemingway would have built. Dark wood, taxidermy, old books and plenty of good whiskey. Perfect place for privacy and escaping the world for a minute... Or hours.

ALL RESERVATIONS ONLINE WILL BE SEATED OUTSIDE PATIO. Nice attire/business casual is appropriate. No shorts, torn-jeans, hats/baseball caps, tank tops/tee shirts, flip flops/sandals or open toe shoes.

For summer patio dining is casual. Please dress appropriately for outdoor weather as we may not be able to move you to an inside table, if needed.

The Charleston has been one of my favorite restaurants in Utah since we arrived six years ago. It never disappoints. Tonight was extra special since my husband and I share a birthday and celebrating in such exceptional surroundings was magical. The service was amazing, Marco made us feel welcome and well cared for, the servers were professional and the food was out of this world. Thank you for making our special night so memorable.

Awesome experience. Our waiter, Elias, was knowledgeable of food and wine, took great care of us, and turned us on to some fun things to do around town. Plus, hanging around and staying at the Peery was right on. Epic 50th birthday staycation. 9th and 9th at 9 was hilariously fun. Thanks Elias!
