Lovely experience! I tried the clarified pina colada and it was amazing. We also had the pierogies, beautifully thought out and executed but, somehow missed the mark for me. Still, a gorgeous, complete, and balanced dish. Would’ve preferred the focaccia warmed for bread service, the butter was a very nice texture. The crème brûlée had that nice crunch at the top, love to see it. Service was beautiful, felt like the employees were fine with the fact that they had to work during the evening (even though we know that no one does). A moderately mentally stable staff is a sweet spot. I’ll be back.
