Steak 48 is my favorite steak house in Chicago- it never disappoints. Trace was our server and she was amazing! Always knew when to check on us - she did a great job guiding us thru the menu plus she’s got a great personality. Overall, a great night!

Esteban and staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Our party size kept growing and they were unfazed. The food is as always well prepared Chris and Kyle at the bar are likewise friendly and helpful. Of all the Capital Grilles I have been to, this one has the best staff.
