Led by Executive Chef-Owner Je Wallerstein, Fabrik is focused on seasonality and sustainability, sourcing produce and ingredients from local growers and provisioners wherever possible. We had the absolute best time at Cuvee! The server, I'm so upset I didn't get his name, was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. I gave him "dealers choice" for my wine picks and he knocked out of the park every time.

Lunch is served daily from 11am to 3 pm with counter service. Dinner begins daily at 5:00pm and is full table service. We are closed on Sundays.

House favorites include our Chinese Hack Chicken Salad and the famous Chicken Picatta .
