Great experience at the piano bar! Celebrating sister's 60th birthday. The Piano Man was great entertainment - engaging funny and nice. Expect it to be LOUD. It is a piano bar "sign along" All and all a great time Cheers!

Wood Fired hand crafted Italian food set in a rustic modern open space in the warehouse district in ATX. A wide range of specialty dishes created by Chef owner John Carver and his staff on a nightly basis. Our house made Pastas, Fresh Seafood, and Prime Steaks are all prepared on wood fired grill, oven and plancha. An International wine list, specialty craft cocktails, and local brewed beers to choose from. Dolce and some Grappa, Amaro or Vino Dolce to add to your dining experience at Red Ash Italia.

Food was amazing. The Crab pasta, the garlic bread, meatballs, squash blossoms, the tagliata NY were all great. For dessert, the tiramisu was a hit, but my favorite was the Apple Crostata. Our server was friendly and attentive and the executive chef even chatted us up a bit. Amazing Place!

I was very appreciative of how attentive the servers were. They noticed that although I was at a table for 10, no one had showed up after I had been there for about 30-45 minutes. I asked if I could move to a more intimate table and the server obliged quickly. I indulged in the seared salmon which was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! For a Friday night, it was definitely busy but I got the service that I needed to help make a disappointing night a really good experience.

Down South CaJJun Eats was founded by twin brothers Jahmaal and Jermaine Dumes in the Spring of 2017. While Studying at Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX they decided to take a leap of faith. Originally from Beaumont, TX, they felt a tremendous part of their lives was missing in Austin. And that was Crawfish!!

Coming from a family of cooks, they’ve always dreamed of starting a restaurant in their home state. With the help and support of family and friends, they were able to make this dream come alive.

First visit was a Saturday brunch. And boy was the music LOUD, let’s just get that outta the way! The space is generously sized and nicely appointed. Service was timely, although not attentive. Not poor enough to spoil our visit, but could stand improvement. The food was very tasty and served warm . Drinks were not short on alcohol and the brunch specials were a good value at $10, while regular cocktails/drinks were $16. Definitely a vibe and worth a visit.
