About the restaurant
Please be advised. Friday and Saturday's dinner service is Exclusive Omakase experience only. Omakase chef tasting menu is $175 Per Person (price does NOT include beverage and gratuity). Each section will take 120 minutes. (4:30pm to 6:30, 7:30 to 9:30)For all parties, 100% of cost per person + tax will be charged at the time of booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the reservation date will not be refunded. Cancellations made before the 72-hour time period will be refunded 50% of total cost per person + tax.
Reduction in the number of guests in the party are subject to cancellation charge.
Please be on time to enjoy all the courses. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.
Omakase means a meal consisting of dishes selected by the chef.
Chef will create some courses with seasonal, and best available ingredients.
Please call Hikari (530) 564-4356 to request Tuesday to Thursday night dinner. Walk-ins are welcome during the weekday Mini Omakase service.

About the restaurant
If you would like to bring in cake/ or cupcakes brought in from outside Sky River, there will be a cutting fee of 5$ per person. If dessert is bought from the bakery or any eatery inside the casino, there will be no cake fee! Thank you :)
And all person(s) to dine in have to be 21 years of age.
All parties have a 2 hour maximum dining time!

Reflecting the charm of its surrounding neighborhood, Shangri-la is a distinctive space in Fair Oaks that serves seasonal, contemporary American fare, along with handcrafted cocktails in a unique setting. With modernist architectural design, fire pits and classic cocktails from an indoor/outdoor bar, Shangri-la is a full-service restaurant and private events venue that feels like a Palm Springs resort. We have two beautiful indoor dining rooms as well as a 6,500 sq. foot patio featuring bocce ball (adults only) and corn hole (all ages) and full-service seating inside and outside. (Voted Best patio and Best restaurant by Sac Magazine). Well behaved pups are also welcome on our patio when weather permits.

High quality, local foods are prepared simply and the menu reflects the seasons. Guests may dine at the full bar, private dining room or outdoor patio which features both heaters and misters depending on the season.
