Great food from the apps to the entrees to deserts. Excellent service along with a bonus of a beautiful view of the grounds of the Inn of the Mountain Gods with mountains beyond.

Outstanding venue with once in a lifetime views. This is one restaurant that the food, wine and service is an equal match to the superlative vista. This is a must do restaurant experience in Albuquerque. You won’t forget it.

Was there about 3 years ago. Much more of a steak house then. Looked just the same. Not nearly as busy... was a Wednesday. Wasn't terribly excited about food options. Ordered sea food tower and a burger. Was awesome. Not sure if we'll go back.

Beautiful presentation of starters and mains. Kitchen does a great job of pacing the meal without rushing and staff works well together. All meats and fish are excellent and you should finish with sharing the chocolate cake?

With the talented Cristina Martinez at the helm, this is one of the best restaurants in northern New Mexico. Do not miss the Ash Crusted Tuna Aguachile, both delicious and beautifully presented or the Hatch Chile Relleno, just bursting with New Mexico flavor. Be sure and save room for the S'More, sinfully good and a visual delight! The staff is lovely and efficient and the setting is quiet, comfortable and elegant.

We enjoyed pleasant and attentive service during our dinner at Red Sage. The restaurant is in a lovely setting next to the pool area at the Buffalo Thunder Hilton Hotel. Most of the food was very good, but I wouldn't advise ordering the potatoes au gratin. It was served as a rather bland slab of indiscernible potato mixed with other substances. We especially liked the crispy fried shrimp with Korean garlic sauce. Overall, we were very pleased with our meal and would recommend the Red Sage for a special night out.
