Our brewery and restaurant, located in Greenwood Village CO, serves an eclectic variety of globally driven beer and street food. Set inside a street market inspired taproom, we specialize in showcasing unique flavors from around the world in both our beer and food. From the flavors of Central America to Nepalese chai tea and the spices of Thailand there's always something exciting to try. Ready to explore?

We have a time limit on guest experience set at two hours, but if we can accommodate longer visits, we will.

We had a great experience at Centro. The ambiance was fun. Drinks were good and the food was delicious. The tyluda and birria burrito were oh so good. Our server had the perfect balance between being attentive and letting us enjoy our evening.

I appreciated having a smaller-than-1/2 pound hamburger on a menu. The plus was that I like it cooked very well done and it was great! -- no pink at all and still tender and juicy.

The Diablo bowl was sooooo good! I had them sub out the chicken for tofu. My daughter and I split the pickled beet salad which was delicious as well. She had the Pho (her second time this trip-she loves it) and my husband had the pork chops which he enjoyed. The desert of the day was a strawberry rhubarb pie which I would really describe more as a crisp. It was not too sweet and had a delicious out crust. Our server Nicole was busy but on top of things!

What a fantastic place! The ambiance is pure Telluride, the service was fantastic, and our waiter helped us decide on the most delicious bison steak with roasted root vegetables. So delicious I want to try and recreate that dish when I get back east. Highly recommend the experience.
