Dinner at Black Cat Farmstead is a unique dining experience! Enjoy a barn patio table or one of our 7 intimate, private garden cabanas with wood stoves, gorgeous views, and a beautiful 4-Course chef tasting menu (dietary restrictions accommodated) created by James Beard nominated chef Eric Skokan at our historic farmstead. Our 500-acre full-scale diversified organic farm supplies the majority of ingredients for your meal; from vegetables & herbs to pork & lamb to grains.

Open Wed-Saturdays. Reservations are required. $165/per person++

Reservations are released 3 months in advance. We often have tables that are not available online, like a chef's table in the kitchen. Call us at 303-444-5500 if interested. We had an amazing dinner at Carlos’ Bistro. The food was spectacular, ambiance lively and being greeted by Carlos then perfect service with Stephanie! All of our dinners were beautifully presented, flavor was perfect and entire evening was perfect! Highly recommend for date night, family dinners or celebrations of any kind! Refreshing to have such a wonderful experience dining out!

Thank you for visiting Kenichi Izakaya Carbondale. An Izakaya is a type of informal Japanese pub. At sake breweries during the late 18th century, people in Japan began using sake kegs as stools, and snacks were served. This small plate menu was designed to encourage sharing amongst friends and family. Food is prepared in multiple kitchens and arrives as it is ready to ensure freshness. We make most of our menu in-house, from scratch, and use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.

The server (Bill) was first rate, friendly attentive and informative. Food was overall excellent except for the pasta which was under seasoned and lacked flavor. The rack of lamb and grilled oysters were superb. The Tri tip was very flavorful, but presentation could be improved. In particular, it needs to be sliced against the grain to improve texture and tenderness. Just suggestions. Thanks for an overall great dinner.

A hidden gem in Winter Park. The chef visits the table and actually talks about the choices. Service was wonderful. Three of us chose paella of various types, the fourth chose the sea bass and said it was the best he’d ever had. And the mushroom appetizer was spectacular!
