My wife and I enjoyed a Friday evening and had a wonderful time. Each room was filled, and the environment and energy were great. The food was outstanding and cocktails incredible. The trio (piano, sax, base) playing music were really good, although very loud and we had to yell across our two-top table to talk, so I would give this a 9.5/10 night out.

We start with the freshest ingredients we can find, delivered to our kitchen each day of the week. We make everything on our menu from scratch, every day. We grill over hardwood, not gas, the way that it was a long time ago. It may not be the fastest or least expensive way to do business, but for us, it is the only way. We want each meal you enjoy with us to be a memorable and delicious one; so we work hard preparing each dish to order, smoking ribs and brisket, filleting fresh fish, hand cutting steaks, preparing homemade soups daily and baking our fresh breads and desserts. We had the corned beef cabbage dinner and it was delicious! Tasted homemade. We had a reservation and were seated immediately, the 5.00 Jameson shot was a treat! Happy St Patrick’s Day! Our server told us the chef made extra for them to take home to their families, very heartwarming!

Had an evening special filet and fried shrimp. Jumbo fried shrimp were larger and tastier than I have had in years. Combined with a perfectly cooked rare filet. Partner's filet was great as well. Good food, good service, good value. Can't go wrong at Ferris.
