Booked a reservation via OpenTable for an 8 course dinner. It was such a great and unique experience. They serve according to your pace and does a very good job at wine paring and explanations of the different meals and how they were prepared. Very attentive and honest about recommendations. Overall great experience! 9/10

My husband and I truly enjoyed the food and service. Our dinner was outstanding! The halibut dinner was perfectly cooked and seasoned. My husband's hamburger was delicious. We will definitely be back for your other choices.

The bacon appetizer is easily the best bacon I've ever eaten in my 60+ years of eating bacon. Do not miss it. There were four of us and we had two filets, salmon and a hamburger. Everyone raved about their food. Be sure and get the mashed potatoes. Fantastic. As you might expect this place has a fantastic wine cellar. Go prepared for greatness.

We recently dined at Dynamite, and our experience was outstanding, thanks in large part to our phenomenal server, Janeva D. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, helpful, and kind, enhancing our dining experience and making our night truly special. Janeva D continuously checked on us, ensuring that we were well taken care of throughout the night. Even when the food took a bit longer than expected, she was quick to apologize and kept us informed, making sure we felt valued. Her personal touch was unmatched—she took the time to learn our names and used them, making our visit feel warm and personalized. She is hands down one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had at any restaurant, and her exceptional service is a major reason why I will definitely be returning. The cocktails we enjoyed were delicious and perfectly handcrafted, setting the tone for a great meal. The food was generally excellent; we had the prime ribeye steak, whipped garlic potatoes, heirloom carrots, and smoked mac and cheese—all cooked to perfection. The cornbread and salmon were a bit on the dry side, but everything else on the menu was spot-on. Despite the busy atmosphere with a wedding party, a food critic, and the owners present, Chef David did an amazing job, and the entire team executed everything flawlessly. The special touch of a 7-layer chocolate ganache cake made for my birthday was an extra highlight of the evening. All the other staff members were also polite, attentive, and helpful. The environment at Dynamite was a perfect blend of calm, intimate, inviting, and lively. The open kitchen was a nice touch, allowing us to watch the chefs work diligently while maintaining a professional and clean space. Overall, it was an incredible dining experience, and we can’t wait to return! Dynamite is lucky to have such an outstanding server, and she truly made our night unforgettable.
