123V Browns is Chef Gauthier's latest opening. A peaceful sanctuary in the heart of Mayfair within the exclusive Brown's department store. With a lush courtyard for alfresco lunch and dinner and a bijoux dining room, 123V Browns is beautifully decorated and in keeping with the slightly eccentric and unique look of Browns.
The menu offers a combination of small Garden sushi to share and a wide range of salads and bowls.

123V was voted Best Vegan of the Year by Harden's Guide and is also Peta's Restaurant of the Year.

Incredible vegan sushi, really lovely and attentive staff. Courtyard where we sat has a magical quality to it. Would highly recommend and will be going again.

Plants by DE highlights the delicious diversity and abundance of plants. You’ll find anything from vegan vanilla pancakes with roasted strawberries to a refreshing baby gem Caesar salad with macadamia parmesan or a warming heritage tomato summer stew with aubergines, chickpeas and delicious pesto.
We make everything in house, including our cultured vegan butter, cashew crème fresh, and crushed walnut parmesan.

In summer, our outside seating let's you enjoy the nice weather, while our cozy and light interior gives our guests to enjoy the deliciousness of plant-based food all year round.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to cater for severe plant-based allergies at this time. Thank you for your understanding.

Studio Gauthier is the exciting new project from Alexis Gauthier, taking over the unique and beautiful setting of the BFI building in Fitzrovia. Beautiful velvet booths meet austere concrete and California colours with a large open kitchen to see everything the chefs are preparing. The 100% plant based menu features, for the first time, Gauthier Soho level dishes in a less formal and more wallet friendly environment, perfect for a fun evening with friends.
Also don’t miss the private, sheltered mews terrace at the back.
