Chef / Owner Tristan Bunkowski, lives to progress the experience of dining. With a locally-focused mindset, as well as a talent for hospitality, Tristan has spent the last decade of his career perfecting the art of cooking by travelling and tasting the cuisines of the world.

Tristan creates some amazing dishes out the small area that is his kitchen. Innovative, interesting with so many layers of flavour. Just love this little restaurant. It's a hidden gem.

As the days grow longer and the evenings warmer, Dose Coffee transforms into Dose After Dark — a seasonal dining experience offered Thursday through Saturday evenings all summer long.

Led by Head Chef Ivan Blackwell (you may remember him from Alfred’s), and joined by Alasdaur Aitken, the kitchen presents a Mediterranean-inspired menu full of vibrant, shareable dishes.

Our curated wine list features a thoughtful selection of old-world wines and inventive spins on classic cocktails — perfect for pairing and patio sipping.

The patio offers an alfresco dining experience whilst the inside dining space offers a more intimate atmosphere close to the action of the kitchen.

Dose After Dark launches Friday, June 13 and runs through to mid-September. Reservations are strongly encouraged, though we always keep space for walk-ins.

Waterfront is a small 50 seat Restaurant and Wine Bar. We have just begun our twentieth year of business and have established a strong following for the creations of Chef and Sommelier Mark Filatow. Our menu specializes in a mixture of Tapas-style items and Main Courses, with the focus on offering our guests as wide a variety of flavors as possible.

Good atmosphere, excellent food and services. Only recommendation is to point visitors towards the hotel entrance instead of the main doors during brunch time.
