They ran out of prime rib, which was the only thing my husband was looking forward to for weeks. The entre comes with onion rings, and they do not accept substitutions. The food was cooked well and the servers made it up to us with some French fries which was really nice. We read a negative review about someone that was sat at a dark corner of the restaurant, which we thought sounded very appealing and we were looking forward to a comparable seating. However, we were unfortunately sat underneath a very bright led light, which kinds of ruined the ambience. Very cute restaurant overall.

Today, Black Angus Steakhouse has expanded its tradition by moving to a stunning new restaurant space at the north-east corner of Bloor and Islington. Black Angus Steakhouse is renowned for superb food, excellent service and pleasing ambiance, all of which carry through to our new restaurant. We were a group of four who went to the Black Angus Steakhouse for their Tuesday bar special (Steak & Frites for two with a bottle of the house wine for $95). We were not sure what to expect but we were treated to a perfectly wonderful dinner. The 8oz striploin steak was perfectly grilled and the wine (a nice Cabernet ) was excellent. The service was terrific and we left feeling like we will definitely be back.

We enjoy The Keg as it is always reliable for good food and good service. Our family send us gift cards as it is a perfect gift to mail in a card and it is what we love to receive as well...last night, we even had the opportunity to enjoy a meal there with some of our family, so a double highlight!!

My friend and I had a great dinner at the Keg last night. The door staff were very kind and helpful with my friend's mobility problems. Our waiter, Jonathan, was perfect - he gave us just the right amount of attention, got everything exactly right, and did it charmingly. Every item of food on both our plates was delicious and arrived hot. Portions were generous....especially the desert, which was massive. The Keg does a great job of cocktails and dessert coffees too. I've never once been disappointed at The Keg.
