About the restaurant
At Caribou the surroundings are comfortable and the focus is contemporary cuisine of exceptional quality. Signature dishes created by our Chef include certified Angus tenderloin, cedar plank salmon, black and blue ahi tuna and wood oven pizzas. Our desserts are prepared in-house by our pastry chef. We feature an extensive wine list with numerous vintage wines as well as over 30 wines by the glass.
Caribou Restaurant + Wine Bar opened in November of 1999. The menu has been developed over many years of visiting restaurants all over North America and the world. Options represent Italian, Asian, Cuban or any other styles of new and exciting cuisine.
Caribou has been listed in "Where to Eat in Canada" for several years running and the wine list has earned the "Wine Spectator Award of Excellence" every year since 2002.

The updates to this venue are stunning! The service is always impeccable and the food is delicious. I would class it as fine dining which does carry a higher price tag. Lunch for two, one glass of wine and tip was $198. I class this as my special occasion place.

Having lunch at Rapscallion was an incredible experience. The beiaruful artful drcor was amazing. The food was at a fine dining level. Our waiter Evan was friendly welcoming and totally efficient.
