Visit our rejuvenated dining room & experience the best Waterloo Region has to offer. Chef Kyle and his team have been dreaming of ways to excite your palate! I am on the hunt to try all the Michelin-star restaurants in Toronto. I have tasted 4 now, and so far, Engima is the best one. The food and flavours were incredible as well as the overall design of each plate, carefully curated for maximum enjoyment, but what really got me was first the service and explanation of every dish was incredible, the staff like a well-oiled machine, came in cleaned up, changed silverware and made sure we always had towelettes to clean our hands. The second thing is, the chefs were interactive and came in to talk about the dishes and present it to us, that was awesome and if you ever had questions about the flavour profile, you only need the right question to ask them. The last thing is that it was my father's birthday, they made sure it was an unforgettable one, they took a picture of us and gave us that picture, had complimentary champagne, the chef took a picture with us as well, and we had some starters on the house. They made this birthday incredibly memorable, and my dad is already talking about returning with my mom. You finish off with a little baggie to take home. Like you are a kid who just went to the best birthday party. Everything was incredible, a one-of-a-kind experience, and in our humble opinion, worth every dollar.

Great service, and the food was excellent. We were greeted warmly at the host stand, seated quickly, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They handled allergy requests with no issue, and we had a lovely meal and wine pairing. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were very helpful and punctual on serving us.. the food came out hot and was delicious they were conscience about us needing to go to the Leafs game and had us out in plenty of time to spare
