Rooftop is designed by Paul Vega co-founder of VLDG design who is known for his design and collaborations with W Hotels. Rooftop offer a high- energy dining experience that artfully combines the superior quality of steak filet mignon ,fresh pasta , fish Branzino ,Dover Sole ,Chilean Sea Bass, upscale cocktails and elevated Happy Hour, along with an in-house DJ and chic decor. Best NYC experience ever! Stellar views ,delicious food and amazing service. Haris waited along time for us to order while we all caught up, and even brought us a glass of port and a free price of cake for my 16year old's birthday! What a great spot, don't miss it!!

The restaurant atmosphere and service is Lovely.The wait staff were very accommodating to allergies and requests. I ordered a noodle dish with beef. There was barely any beef.My friends duck soup had plenty of duck in with the noodles. I would try this restaurant another time and order a different dinner.

This was our first time at Serena. When we walked in the place was empty. I didn’t think that was a good sign. The place was beautiful so I was confused as to why there was no one there. We ordered a charcuterie board which was beautiful and the meats and cheeses were great. I ordered the Sea bass which is as amazing and my husband ordered a hamburger was over cooked. I had a mojito and my husband had 2 Heineken. When we got the bill the Heinekens were priced to be $9 but on the menu they were priced to be $7. When my husband questioned the waiter he didn’t change the bill.we thought that was terrible. We spent a good amount of money there and I thought they should honor it but they did t so we won’t be going back.

Was a great time. The staff was the best - very attentive with a great attitude and the overall service and cocktails were good. My favorite was the truffle and mushroom empanadas!

We went to PHD Terrace for late-night drinks and snacks. All of the staff, including check-in, elevator, and server personnel, were friendly and courteous. Our server was attentive; our drinks and our appetizer were great.

Rooftop was excellent! We were able to enjoy sitting outside with a view on cushy chairs/sofa with a party of 5 and 1 dog comfortably!
