Locally owned and operated.. We have a unique menu blending American cuisine with a touch of creole. Lunch varies from our popular shrimp & grits, to our delicious and filling $9.99 specials like bourbon chicken or sweet n sour chicken, to a fresh beef burger. Dinner provides a daily special on our blackboard often offering local grouper or steak, or consider our dinner menu with salads, pastas, steaks and unique entrees. Brunch on Sunday offers a la carte menu, buffet from 9am till 130pm, along with $10 bottomless mimosas. We also have a full bar with a great wine list.

It was an amazing experience at The Grand Marlin! They gave us the most romantic spot with an amazing ocean view. The waitress was the best and the food was fantastic.

We go to the Grand Marlin in Pensacola so wanted to try the PCB site. It was just as good, we loved it! The server, Hannah, was great too! Overall it was 5 star!

We finally made it to Commelfo and it did not disappoint! The Caesar salad starter was fresh and delicious! Followed with the lobster and mushroom raviolis in delectable cream sauces! Loved the pear martini when we were first seated and the recommended wine pairings were perfect!

Everyone at Salt was truly remarkable. My husband and I ate here for our anniversary and I made reservations the night before. When we arrived, they had a table ready with a nice card stating Happy Anniversary and all the employees signed it. Travis was our server and he was very kind and attentive to us. We had terrific service and even were given a choice of a complimentary desert or champagne toast. When we took the toast he was happy to take photos of us and made the experience truly memorable. We thank each and every one of your staff for the wonderful hospitality!!! We will recommend this restaurant to everyone who comes to Pensacola!
