SABOR Restaurant provides a rustic yet elegant atmosphere and a menu rich in European tradition—Portuguese, Spanish, French & Italian—in the heart of Downtown and the ICE District.

OceanWise certified, we offer Edmonton’s best, most-sustainable seafood menu as well as a meat & vegetarian options.

Professional staff, a trim but superlative wine list, hand-crafted cocktails, and SABOR’s menu & atmosphere make it the perfect spot—be it in evening wear before the opera, a suit before the big meeting, or in jeans hanging out with friends.

Made in house cakes are available upon request. Requests must be made 48 hours in advance, and can only be made via phone (780-757-1114). We do not allow outside cakes to be brought into the restaurant.

BODEGA Tapas Bar is a casual setting seated on a walk-in basis only. A great stop before or after a movie or show at one of the nearby theaters, BODEGA serves authentic tapas, our signature Sangria, and superb wine & cocktails.

    We had an amazing time with great wait staff and service , opted for the family style seafood meal which was 90% amazing , the downfall was the lobster risotto it was served with , it was not a hit with anyone in our group . That was ok because the seafood made up for it and we left full and happy .

    A fun and pretty place. Excellent service. Very wide menu with many choices. Spanish style plates to share. Very tasty paella and lots of well dressed people sharing a lovely evening. A great feeling in the room

    We had a wonderful meal! It was my friend's birthday and they had a little card for him and put a candle in the dessert - appreciate the celebration without the awkwardness of anyone singing.

    Our party of 4 had a wonderful experience at Sabor. Our server was amazing and recommended wonderful wines and menu items. We had the shrimp garlic prawns to start, the seafood platter, ribeye, and three boars. Everything was amazing. We were stuffed and had to take some home. An overall wonderful dining experience and we will be back.

    First time to Sabor and we had a great experience. We had Richard as a waiter and no stone was left unturned. We had the seafood family style dinner and it was great! Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Atmosphere was great! Very relaxing and made for a lovely dining experience

    This is our special occasion restaurant. The food is amazing-especially the Chilean sea bass and halibut, and the grilled calamari appetizer- but really, you can’t find something bad to order. The atmosphere is exciting- good music playing in the background, lots to take in and enjoy. It’s pricey, I won’t lie- but for those special dates, put on your fancy clothes & enjoy.

    We loved how fresh the salads were, and just the perfect amount of dressing. Portions were generous. Our favorite Cod croquettes were just as we like them. Great special occasion dinner. Will be back soon

Generous portions satisfied, and the service, led by a professional waiter, was impeccable. The maitre'd, both professional and approachable, enhanced the overall dining experience.     Had a great celebration dinner Saturday. We got the seafood 3 course meal for two. Food was amazing and the portion size of the risotto... wow Only complaint would be the obnoxious table beside us, never did we think we would hear the words motherf*cker so many times in an hours time. No fault to the restaurant of course. Would highly suggest trying this place though!
