SABOR Restaurant provides a rustic yet elegant atmosphere and a menu rich in European tradition—Portuguese, Spanish, French & Italian—in the heart of Downtown and the ICE District.

OceanWise certified, we offer Edmonton’s best, most-sustainable seafood menu as well as a meat & vegetarian options.

Professional staff, a trim but superlative wine list, hand-crafted cocktails, and SABOR’s menu & atmosphere make it the perfect spot—be it in evening wear before the opera, a suit before the big meeting, or in jeans hanging out with friends.

Made in house cakes are available upon request. Requests must be made 48 hours in advance, and can only be made via phone (780-757-1114). We do not allow outside cakes to be brought into the restaurant.

BODEGA Tapas Bar is a casual setting seated on a walk-in basis only. A great stop before or after a movie or show at one of the nearby theaters, BODEGA serves authentic tapas, our signature Sangria, and superb wine & cocktails.

    It was my first time going to Sabor and the experience was great. We got a great recommendation for wine and ended up drinking the whole bottle. The food was great as well. Fresh tasting ingredients and beautifully seasoned. The lighting made it an intimate setting. All in all 10/10. Looking forward to coming back and trying more things on the menu

    We had one of our top 5 dinners since we are in Canada, I’ll come back 100% sure, we celebrate my wife’s birthday and she was overwhelmed in happiness! Thanks for the good service and excellent experience! (My wife is a chef and is hard to impress her and she was so 5⭐️

    Would 100% come back here again. The food was top notch. So flavourful and completely worth the price. On top of that the service was spectacular. There’s a lot to be said for a restaurant that prides itself in being kind and welcoming to their customers.

    Perfection is how I would describe the evening with my husband and two great friends. . A milestone birthday for me and my venue choice was of course Sabor. It did not disappoint and has cemented its place as my favorite restaurant in Edmonton. Our waiter was lovely and the food was exceptional. Thank you for a perfect birthday.

    This maybe the best restaurant in Edmonton. Our server is the best I’ve had in the last 3 years. Started off with introducing himself. They are all professional servers there (this is what they do for a living and are excellent at it). He (Cory) knew the food, the wine, which should be paired with what. The menu is extensive and so is the wine list. Portions are large. The atmosphere and decor is beautiful. Perfect date night place. A must!

    When I want to impress I bring people here for a wonderful dining experience. Service is top notch, friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu at Sabor. My friend was thrilled at the seafood family style dinner we had.
