SABOR Restaurant provides a rustic yet elegant atmosphere and a menu rich in European tradition—Portuguese, Spanish, French & Italian—in the heart of Downtown and the ICE District.

OceanWise certified, we offer Edmonton’s best, most-sustainable seafood menu as well as a meat & vegetarian options.

Professional staff, an award-winning wine list, hand-crafted cocktails, and SABOR’s menu & atmosphere make it the perfect spot. So come down in your evening wear before the opera, a suit before the big meeting, or in jeans before a game at the arena.

In-house made cakes can be made with 48 hours advance notice, and can only be made by calling 780-757-1114. We do not allow outside cakes to be brought into the restaurant.

BODEGA Tapas Bar is a casual setting seated on a walk-in basis only. A great stop before or after a movie or show at one of the nearby theaters, BODEGA serves authentic tapas, our signature Sangria, and superb wine & cocktails.

    Absolutely love this place. The food has never disappointed. The portions are, however, modest for what you pay. Service was lovely at the ambiance was as well. A beautiful restaurant for a special occasion.

    Our table of six enjoyed an outstanding meal with excellent and professional service. They accommodated our special requests as several of us were running a bit late. We were able to enjoy a relaxing meal including delicious appies, fabulous mains and delectable desserts all within our tighter timeline. Thank you Sabor for another awesome dining experience.

    Disappointing & Pretentious is how I would sum things up . We asked the waiter who certainly pretentious to help us with ordering and he definitely took advantage of the situation . Not to mention he told us desert was included and then when we asked about it , he told us we were mistaken Portions were small and certainly overpriced. Sabor used to be good but has definitely changed . If you want overpriced, marginal food with poor service this the place for you!
