Fantastic dinner & service! So friendly & Thanksgiving dinner was excellent. It came to our table within 5 minutes. They served all your favorites with extra gravy. Wonderful wine list & full bar
offerings. So pleased however I’m never disappointed at Seasons 52! Thank you for a perfect holiday meal!
We are a small family of 3 and didn’t want the mess and fuss of cooking and cleaning up for Thanksgiving. We were so happy to find the Firehouse-an iconic longtime Sacramento restaurant was open for Thanksgiving. We had gone once before pre-COVID. The meal choices were excellent. Fixed price with an entree choice of traditional turkey plate, filet, fish and pumpkin ravioli. Two of us enjoyed the turkey plate with sliced breast meat (although we prefer dark meat), gravy stuffing, green beans, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce. The third person had filet mignon cooked nice and rare and very tender and tasty. Firehouse is known for wine list and this day was no exception. I savored the champagne flight-all three were really champagne. The brut rosé champagne was the star. I would have preferred a more traditional apple pie for dessert but the apple mousse was tasty. The crowd was eclectic and diverse and the restaurant was busy but the service kept up and it didn’t see crowded. Well done Firehouse.
Our server was awesome and very attentive! Considering this is our traditional place to dine on Thanksgiving there were no surprises. Turkey dinner with all the trimmings was excellent and the pumpkin pie delicious!
Ruth’s Chris Steak House was excellent for our Thanksgiving meal! The service was exemplary: cordial, well paced, and professional. Reggie, our server was outstanding. Everything from the drinks and appetizers to the main courses and dessert were tasty, well prepared and appropriately hot or cold. While not an everyday dining spot for us we will eagerly return for special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
