On the whole, our dining experience was good, but not at the same level that we have long been used to. Specifically, the soup of the day, lobster bisque, was at best questionable. It tasted more like butternut squash than lobster.
Our experience was amazing. Our server Chris was exceptional. We LOVED our food and drinks. We will definitely be coming back, and highly recommend the brussel sprouts
The halibut taco appetizer is perfect for 2 people to share - could be a meal for one person. Delicious! Not fried. Grilled, which was healthier and more tasty. Really enjoyed the Brussels sprouts appetizer too - generous portion, enough to share. Service was excellent. We will be back. It’s a nice pub-type atmosphere. Recommended to us by locals. Noise level is high though…
I was wary of going to Claim Jumper on New Year's Day - not based on previous experiences, but fearful of the reputation that can accompany chain restaurants. This location was absolutely perfect for everything from distance to restaurant from home (I was driving two senior citizens), service and quality of food. The option for two size starters was great - the potato skins came out hot and loaded with fresh ingredients. Senior parents had rib eye and prime cut with vegetable sides - generous portions and cooked perfectly. Service was attentive without being overbearing. Looking forward to going back for lunch or happy hour.
