- DDeborahvipSan Diego •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe specifically chose 4pm on a Monday to get a quiet time for my dad's 87th birthday because he can't hear well. It was perfect. They accommodated our birthday requests, and everything was wonderful. The menu doesnt always read great, but the food when it comes looks and tastes great. We loved our meals and our desserts. Buttercake was our favorite dessert with the churros and the flan coming in a tie for 2nd place. . The Scallops and the grilled half chicken were our favorite entrees.More infoCoasterraPrice: Moderate• Mexican• Harbor Island•4.5
- CCarolvipSan Francisco Bay Area •36 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThe food was excellent. We had a beautiful view of the harbor and our server Caitlin was super. We had the ahi, crab & avocado stack which is great for 2 people. Then we had the shrimp Louie salad split for 2 people (and they don’t charge to split it), then the lobster fontina blt sandwich which is huge and delicious. Then we split the yummy potted brownie banana split. It was a lot of food but absolute divine and we said we’d easily come back again.More infoC-LevelPrice: Moderate• Cocktail Bar• Downtown / Gaslamp•4.7
- CCaresseChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoLocated inside the Intercontinental Hotel, we parked with valet out front. (South Park was $6 an hour, valet was $10 an hour). We headed to the elevators out front and took them to the third floor, walked across the lobby to the elevators in the back that took us to the 19th floor. Exiting to the lobby of Seneca is a magical experience. You're let out in a dark room with a starry night sky, and the soundscapes of crickets and a quiet night. To your left are double doors that take you into a beautiful nautical experience. We were seated right away because we had reservations. We requested a table outside and I should have specified that we would have liked to table by the glass edge for an even more phenomenal view of the city. We ordered the focaccia bread and the olives as an appetizer. Both were fantastic. My husband ordered a sausage pizza, and I ordered the Agnolotto pasta. It was incredibly delicious. We also both ordered a spritzer cocktail which was delicious as well. Everything was fantastic, the service was excellent, the prices were less than I thought they would be and I was a little disappointed I didn't leave room for dessert! But it just gives me even more reason to come back, and that I will.More infoSenecaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Downtown / Gaslamp•4.7

- BBrianvipSan Diego •34 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoOUTSTANDING meal. I've been to Cesarina dozens of times and the food is ALWAYS GREAT. I don't know of another restaurant in San Diego that I've been to that everyone has always liked their meal every single time. The ability for a restaurant to be busy every night and have excellent service and a great meal each and every time is remarkable, especially these days. Cesarina continues to be one of, if not THE best restaurants in San DiegoMore infoCesarinaPrice: Moderate• Italian• Ocean Beach•4.8
