Reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. If canceled less than 24 hours prior or in case of a no-show, a charge of $45 per guest will be applied to the card provided. Please note this fee is non-refundable. By confirming your reservation, you accept this policy. Final guest count must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.If your party increases to 10 or more guests after this window, our standard minimum spend policy will apply.

Le menu du restaurant est inspiré de chaque saison et propose des produits biodynamiques et biologiques cultivés localement, des fruits de mer frais provenant de Peconic Bay et de Long Island ainsi que des fromages artisanaux renommés. For many years I wanted to pay homage to my Grandmother Else who immigrated in the 1930s to my beloved neighborhood, Red Hook in Brooklyn, NY.I built my dream concept by tapping into my love of old NYC Taverns and imagined where my Grandmother would have wanted to go with family and friends and the Red Hook Tavern was born.Offering a timeless menu now known for its handmade pastas, spicy mussels and the legendary 45-Day Dry Aged Cheeseburger, alongside its coveted wine list, that guests come from all over the world to enjoy.Sag Harbor Tavern is a continuation of a tribute to my Grandmothers in beautiful Sag Harbor, NY. My Grandmother, Veronica was a Navy Nurse in WWII and a proud member of the American Legion. A building that we are humbled to now share with other proud Veterans.Sag Harbor is a special village with a great history and a wonderful community of wildly talented, hardworking folks.
