First time here, but not the last. Awesome food and service. Our server Paris was to say the least a pleasure to have. She was very personal and accommodating. Savor is very lucky to have her working for them. Please keep her and promote.

This restaurant should be removed from Open Table. Their employees have no clue how to handle Open Table reservations and it’s almost like you’re speaking a foreign language when you walk in and say I have a reservation. Additionally, the parking is NOT FREE. The valet made that very clear to me after I parked. So he either requires additional education, like the restaurant staff, or they need to be truthful with Open Table and inform prospective guest that parking is not free and it is up to $10. Otherwise the food was good, nothing I would try again at this price point because there are way better venues around this area for the same price. Everyone who worked here was nice, just uninformed and no knowledge of Open Table.

Delightful experience. Great food, nice waitstaff and lovely ambiance. We barely noticed that there was construction going on for some refurbishing outside. I had the salmon and my wife had the burger. Everything was really delicious!

I am so happy to see that the Mother's Day brunch buffet is back. We used to dine here on Mother's day before the pandemic. This year they had a pastries and croissants station, a station with quiche, bacon, egg, chicken sausage, and fruit salad, a station with stuffed French toast and assorted mini desserts, a station with chilled shrimp and crab cake Benedict, and a carving station with made to order omelets. I would definitely say that the buffet was worth the price and the waitstaff we very accommodating. The head hostess Chris has been at the location for over 20 years. She warmly welcomed us when we arrived and also made sure the all our seating requests were honored.

Nice interior. Check in desk didn’t have any attendant, although the restaurant was not busy. My guest and I stood at the entrance for a while waiting to have someone to usher us to a table. All that time a bartender spoke to us but never made any effort to signal or find a staff to attend to us even though the bar only had one customer. I would finally walk around towards the kitchen to flag someone just to be told that the restaurant doesn’t have access to Open Table’s reservations and that I should cancel my reservation with open table. My food tasted good, but the menu was weak.

I had the steak frites, the steak was cooked perfectly and the fries were hand cut and crispy but not not over done. The service was fast and the server was attentive. Overall a great dining experience.

I ordered my steak medium well. My steak was made well done and dry. The steak tasted as though it was cooked in an air fryer. I was very disappointed with the food. This was a special get away and the food did not make for a great experience. I told my waiter and they didn’t remove the steak off of my bill only our side salads.

Although the actual Menu was different than the online menu, the chef in our hostess accommodated us very well. Our service was amazing. They were 12 of us and only one server and she was so gracious and humble. We truly appreciated her. I will be booking this private room again soon. Thank you!

Disappointed that it was a Prix Fixe (for Valentines Day)meal which wasn’t advertised. Didn’t make sense that a full restaurant could not offer options or substations. Food was very good. Service was okay. Over priced for what you get.

We went on Valentine's day when they had a pre-fixed menu. The food was fantastic and well worth the price. The ambiance was both relaxing and romantic. However, our service was underwhelming considering the location and cost. Our waitress was mostly absent and not well versed in the pre-fixed menu (she didn't know what many things were and tried to make us choose options on courses where there were no choices). After observing other waiters/waitresses, ours was the least attentive. On our way out, we stopped by the restroom in the hotel lobby outside the restaurant; our waitresses was on her phone in a corner (she had another table still present in the restaurant)... this explained the huge absence we felt throughout our meal. Overall, I'll say I'd return for the food and atmosphere but would request a different waitress.

Had to wait a long time to be seated; Even after waiting over 15/20 mts, we were asked to sit far, far away from the food area; there were many tables free near food area. Due to lack of coordination, bar lady asks to sit at some place, whereas the young lady in charge told us to sit close to food area, after ASKING?

We went there thinking they would be serving brunch but only found out as we were handed the menus that it was a reduced menu on the weekend. While the food was very good, definitely recommend the Low Country Crab Burger, the service was only okay. There was no one at the front table so we had to stand around for a bit, which got to be awkward since it wasn’t busy at all. It then took a while for our server to come see us and take our orders, which was fine for us since we weren’t in a hurry. The parking and location weren’t very clear online either. The view was great, with a look out to the lake and greenery between the office buildings. This would be a place much better suited for those wanting something nice for a business meeting or actually staying at the hotel.

The restaurant was quite empty when we dined there, service ok, friendly. The grits and short ribs was good, crab cakes below average, prices high, especially for cocktails. It worked for our visit which was to catch up with friends and was perfect for that. We were disappointed as we chose the restaurant for the patio thinking we could dine outside, but they were not seating on the patio.

My boyfriend and I went there for his birthday dinner and we were very pleased with the food and the service. The hostess was very friendly and the servers were as well. The restaurant was fairly empty so the food came out quickly. I wanted to enjoy the view outside, but unfortunately the weather wasn’t at its best. I had the shrimp and grits and my boyfriend had some type of seafood pasta; I don’t remember the name exactly but he liked it. I’ll definitely visit again

Savor is a nice restaurant for casual dining. The outdoor space is very convenient and has ambiance as it overlooks a body of water and has plenty of green space. The price is reasonable and the portion are a decent size.

Highly disappointed. The restaurant itself was very nice with a pleasant view. The service was AWFUL. Our waitress got our drinks and never returned to the table until we complained an hour later about still not receiving our food. We asked to speak with the manager in regards to our long wait and poor service. When the food finally came out, my sons burger was pink. A little pink is fine, but this was PINK - PINK. My burger was not made correctly either, but i sucked it up and ate it after removing the toppings i asked not to have. The manager had a whole new burger made for my son and generously compensated us by taking care of the bill. Unfortunately, 3 tables surrounding us then followed suit and began to complain after us. I felt bad at that point, because the poor manager was stressed and it was obvious. This restaurant had great potential. Unfortunately, their team has MAJOR work to do. I appreciate the manager for her customer service skills, and I hope they can get it together.
