   Brenda provided great service and her support team was assume. We had a party of four and we ordered calamari, steaks, king crab, salads, potatoes so we had a lot of options. The steaks were not of good quality for the price and the king crab tasted old. The Calamari did not have a good flavor. Very disappointing for the price point.

   Overall food was good, the Chilean Sea bass was very disappointing though. The restaurant was not very busy, but only 1 waiter took orders for all tables. There were others to help serve and clear. The waiter checked on us once during our entire meal, when he poured additional wine into our glasses. NO questions as to how our meal was, or if we needed anything. We noticed he was not friendly with any of the guests. As he walked by our table, he specifically turned his head in another direction, so he would not have eye contact with us. Even upon our departure, the hostess didn’t even look up until WE said goodbye. Then still NO thanks for coming, see you again, how was your dinner?? Just very disappointing that no one even tried to be friendly, as this is NOT a cheep dinner choice. Next time we will choose a place where we feel valued as a guest!……..spend your money elsewhere.

   We have been going to the Steak House for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. The food is very well prepared and the services also top notch. We go there for Birthdays, Anniversaries and Family get togethers. Never disappointed.

    Porterhouse steak was over cooked and chewy. Lobster bisque soup was very good. Service was good. Desert was good too. But over 100.00. I have had better steaks at chain type restaurants

    All was very good. Steaks cooked perfectly and tender side dishes very tasty and bread basket all good. Service by waiter and bus boy were excellent plus got card and cake with candle to celebrate one of the parties birthdays. Thanks for great evening

    We enjoyed the first-time experience at SC Prime. Our server, Roger, was excellent. He was attentive and knowledgeable. We liked the semi-formal atmosphere, but some of the patrons in shorts and baseball hats ruined it. My husband was dressed in slacks and a tie, which seemed apropos. For $250 for 2, I don't wish to see jean shorts. Anyway, the food was good overall. The lobster bisque has a beautiful presentation with the puff pastry, and the walnut bread is a must-try. Portions were generous, so one will not leave hungry. The view is ery nice near the large windows, so try to sit in that area.

    It was all excellent except I had the lamb and I didn’t really enjoy all of the sauce on the lamb. I wish I would’ve had it on the side because there was so much of it.

    Everything was great. Server was great. Only the bread basket needs improvement. Old bread was heated in the microwave. If they did heated the old bread in the OVEN then it would have been still great.

    First time visiting Sun Coast and decided to try the steak house. I would recommend to dine here for special occasions. The restaurant has a nice decor and ambience. The service was good and as expected for the price of the dishes. I can’t say that the dining experience stood out from other steak houses that I have been. The food was tasty and not over powered with salt. The prices of each dish do reflect for being in a casino and for a steak house. I would say it is cheaper than being on the Las Vegas strip. I would come back and eat here again when having celebrating a special occasion.

    Lobster cooked to long and steak was not the most tender for what we paid for our full meal which was $255 for two of us, not including tip. Service staff are OUTSTANDING though! Our waiter was AMAZING! Bartender is SUPERB! Crab cakes are delicious too! Our dinner preparations were less than I expected, sadly.

    The bread was hard and stale. My husband ordered a lobster tail. It was tough and chewy. The whipped potatoes were very lumpy not whipped. I prefer Red Lobster.

    We have been going to SC prime for many years. Whenever it was someone's birthday this was our place to go. Food was always excellent & service was great. The servers were always very friendly & attentive. Last night was my husband's birthday so we decided to go there to celebrate. When I made the reservation I stated the occasion. This experience was definitely not like the others. We were very curtly greeted by the hostess & she took us to our seats. No conversation or small talk from her. No happy birthday greeting. The waiter came over a few min later & again no conversation. He just got right to the special & drink order. The person that brought bread to our table was very sweet! So we ordered. Food arrived. When I finished my salad I told the waiter that it was delicious. He mumbled a "thanks!" I had lobster ravioli which was just ok. The others had salmon, prime rib & shrimp scampi. They were satisfied with their meals. When dinner was over our waiter came back to see if we wanted dessert. Mind you, he never came back during dinner to see if anybody wanted another drink or glass of wine but did fill the water glasses. When dinner was over we were asked if we wanted dessert. I thought from previous visits that my husband would at least get a dessert for his birthday. I'm usually to full for dessert but I thought I would have a bite or 2 of whatever birthday treat they were going to bring him. Well all we got was the bill. I was very annoyed! I could have left a small tip but i know they are shared with the others that serviced the table so i just couldn't do that. Our bill was $250 & i left a $50 tip. He never came back to pick up the final copy. They didn't seem short on servers & the place was not crowded so they can't use that as an excuse. Restaurants are about food but they are also about service & friendliness. So last night was 1 out of 3. I'm not so sure we will want to go there for the next birthday we are celebrating. Overall... disappointed.

    From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and spoiled!! They recognized our birthday with a signed card and beautiful dessert and the rest of the meal...prime rib, garlic mashed...was outstanding!! Service was perfect and all in all, it was an amazing meal!!

    Second time going there. Went on Valentines and loved it so much, we invited some friends to go with us this second time. What a great place. Spacious, elegant, City view, quiet (so you can talk), and just overall impressive. The Service is top notch, from the Host, to the Busser, to the Server. Food options are extensive, absolutely delicious, and very reasonably priced. We had Prime Rib, with the fixings, and a very great bottle of Wine for what we have paid at “Happy Hour” restaurants! Great place for a special date, as well as regular old dinner. Highly recommend.

    We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. We made it reservation, and they were having a special on prime rib, which I highly recommend. The service was amazing and the food was even better.     Casual but upscale, a great experience. Everything was great, from our greeting on arrival to our "goodnight" when we left. Great service, timely yet not rushed, our server Roger and his assistants did a great job. Everything about our meal was spot on, from the opening cocktails to the complimentary desert (it was an anniversary celebration). The wine list is a bit short, but we had a bottle that turned out to be quite nice. Our salad, steak and side dish were all cooked perfectly and were very large portions. We had an early reservation to avoid a crowd, which made the ambiance and city view an added bonus. Just a side note, if you have been dining out at local steak houses you know how prices have gone through the roof. You will find SC Prime to be a very good value.
