Very good seasonal seafood with a varied menu. Excellent service. Nice drink list including local whiskeys .
We had some out of town guests and they loved the food and atmosphere. I’m still waiting for the desserts to start having the carrot cake again. Please start making that dessert again. Love it.
Good salads, mains and service. Valet parking nice touch.
Everything about the experience was lovely. I will choose Seasons 52 in the future. It was my first visit. Not disappointed but impressed.
Met my date there it was her first time. She was impressed with the ambiance, food and service. The booth area was quiet to have comfortable conversation. It's one of my personal favorites in the city.
Very good as usual. Food never disappoints. Quieter than usual.
We went to Seasons 52 and was created by Thierra who was so accommodating. Then our server Brittany J took charge and guided us in making our food choices. Everything from the flatbread to the scallops to the trout and Mahi tacos were awesome. And Brittany even brought us champagne to toast my niece who just received her doctorate earlier from Emory! Great service by the ladies and awesome food from the kitchen staff!
Poor and slow service
A bit chaotic but they graciously handled our large party of 12. The food was delicious and reasonable.
The food was bland and was a bit overcooked. The sea bass was bad, the short ribs were dry, and the lobster was very chewy. I did like the stuffed mushrooms however. I had heard great things about Season 52 but my experience was not so great...
They were busy but everything was delicious!!
The ambience was soft lighting and candles. Very nice. Took my mom here for Mother’s Day and was pleased the outcome. The food was very good . I had a bbq chicken salad. Mom has the bbq meatloaf. Both entrees were excellent and satisfying and good portion size. Desserts were amazing and delicious parfait options. Would definitely return.
I Iove Seasons 52. Our Mother's really enjoyed their meals
It was good. Exceptionally crowded as it was Mother’s Day.
Celebrating Mother’s Day.
No reservation was met on time (at least 30 minutes late) for everyone. No apologies or make goods offered by any staff at all, and barely received attention from servers. Waste of time and money since they don’t even validate self parking!
We've been dining at this location ever since it first opened. We've celebrated birthdays and numerous Mother's Days here and usually had a good experience. However, this Sunday/Mother's Day was a very poor experience. I made the reservations for our family to celebrate here, we arrived 5min early and ended up waiting 45min past our reservation to be seated... Needless to say my Mother wasn't pleased by this point and everyone was hungry. We ordered drinks and appetizers from the waiter but he forgot to put in our appetizer order until we reminded him 20min after we ordered our entrees. Customer service was definitely lacking this time. Not sure if we will return to this location and definitely won't return for a holiday.
Was very disappointed. My first time there as I brought my mother to the Mothers Day brunch with reservations at 12:45pm. The restaurant was severely overbooked. We did not get seated till around 1:20 although we arrived around 12:30. We were initially told we had missed the brunch buy the receptionist and waitress at no fault of our own. Michael, whom I believe was maybe the kitchen manager, allowed us to order from the brunch menu anyway. The brunch menu was somewhat limited and I was confused on what was included as per the website marketing for the mother's day brunch said the brunch was $30, which I thought was more of a buffet style brunch. I informed my waitress I was looking to order a vegetable dish. I ended up ordering a baked dish that had Chorizo in it which I did not know was sausage. I ate half the dish before realizing it, called my waitress over to be informed that she said it was only bacon in the dish. The manager removed the dish from our bill and offered me the choice of ordering something else. Yet by the time the bad experience was completed and my mother and myself were just ready to leave. I was overall very disappointed at the experience as I had heard so many great things about S52. Do not foresee myself coming back and paying my hard earned money for another experience like this as I'm an event promoter and know people do not come back after experiences like this.
I made a 12:30 reservation for mothers day weeks in advance. Upon a verbal confirmation from resturant, I was told we must be prompt or we would loose our reservation. We left church early to make sure we were on time only to arrive and be told we had a mininum 30-40 min wait because they were running behind. After 40 minutes we grabbed 3 bar stools at the bar and ate there. We had other obligations later and no extra time at that point. Certainly not the ambiance I would have liked for my 81 year old mother in law. She does not drink and does not like to be in a bar. We will have to rethinlk next years plans. Unfortunatly Seasons 52 is her favoriate.
We dined for Mother’s Day and they were completely unprepared. We had reservations and still waited for 40 minutes for our table to be ready. After that the food was slow to come as well. Either they were understaffed or they were overbooked I’m not really sure but it did not make the experience and enjoyable one.
Really enjoyed the experience once we were seated. They were quite behind schedule.
Went in for Mother’s Day Brunch. They were way behind on seating their reservations and actually tried to give our table away until my sister caught it. Our server was great, food was ok. Nice ambience but I can’t say I will be back.
Took my wife there for Mother’s Day. Due to the high traffic on Mother’s Day, they had to sit people on the patio. Unfortunately it was 93 degrees and we were one of the unlucky to be sent to the patio. It wouldn’t have been so bad if the umbrellas they had covered each table. However, as luck would have it, we were sat at one of the 3 tables that did not have shade from an umbrella. The granite table got so hot, you couldn’t place your forearms on the table without getting burned. We had to keep our silverware in our laps until the food came because they got too hot to hold. Being outside, obviously the noise from the street was very loud as fire trucks and emergency vehicles were making a run during our brunch. As we were set at our table, the hostess said they would work on moving an umbrella to give us some shade. That never happened. As we sat there in the sweltering heat, we hoped for a delicious meal. At least that part came through. The food, although smaller portions than I prefer, was actually quite good. We all enjoyed our meals. The service was a little slow, but this may have been attributed to the busyness of the Mother’s Day rush. If I was to go back, I would refuse to sit on the patio unless they could guarantee I would get a table with shade. I had not planned to sweat through my undershirt during brunch, but that was indeed the case.
Mother’s Day post church brunch. Ate at the bar with my wife-kids were out of town.
Seating a 91-year old patron on the outside patio at 92-degree temperature is simply not right—and why did you tell me my only choice was between a booth (which she could never navigate) or the patio?
I made my reservation many many weeks ago — this should have been your priority!!
We had made a reservation a week earlier, but still had to wait a half hour to be seated. That really spoiled things for us.
Great food, great service.
We made a reservation, but still had to wait over 45 minutes for a table, and we were then seated in the hot sun outside. I understand that it was Mother's Day, and they were very busy, but it was very unpleasant. On the plus side, our waiter was really nice, helpful, and knowledgeable and the food was okay.
Great place great prices
We enjoy our experience every Tim we dine here. The food was delicious as always. We are looking forward to the next time!
We really enjoyed our meal and had excellent service!
Their $29 3 course special an excellent value and very tasty. Enough choices to suit everybody!
I'm a regular customer at Buckhead S52 because of the great customer service and delicious food!!
We always enjoy the quiet calm atmosphere and good service. We live the food. It is healthy, well-proportioned and delicious. The Buckhead location is much calmer and more conducive to conversation. Valet parking is validated and $2.00 but self-parking in the same deck is $10.00. ??????
Choice of wine from list was not available. Incompetent sommelier.
Everything was perfect from the food, hospitality received, and ambiance. We’ll return again very soon!
Good food, Great for groups. Our server Mike was so very attentive, he pulled out all the stops to make my Birthday very special for me and my friends.
