Drinks presentation and taste was average at best, disappointing. Food was pretty good but has been better in previous visits
I just don't ever have a good experience at this restaurant. The service just isn't very friendly.
Opted for a late lunch on a snowy day and enjoyed our drinks, meals and service (thanks, Benlix!). Seasons 52 is always a good choice!
Amazing meal, great service!!!
We have ben very satisfied every time we have been there.
The food and our waitress Jeremy was great! The reservation was a pain I made the reservation as always using open table much in advance requesting a window because of a condition I have. a manager Makisha left a messager in the morning to confirm. When I called back she expressed that she was receiving too many people around my reservation time 3.30 pm and that she could not honor my request of window. When my friends arrived realized that not only we did not have a window Nor a reservation because the manager move it to 5 pm instead. Many arguments till finally a window table showed up. It is very unfortunate to have a manager that made so much discomfort when everything else is good in that restaurant
My girl friend and I went to Seasons 52 for a Valentine’s Day date. I reserved a table a couple weeks in advance because I knew it would be busy. When we got there, we checked in and they sat us at a table no more than a few minutes after our reserved time. Our waitress was fantastic and really accommodating. She did a great job keeping up with us despite clearly working several other tables. The food was delicious. I highly recommend the “Duck Wings ‘Lollipops’”, the short rib & cheddar and the garlic pesto flatbreads, the lobster bisque soup, as well as their desserts. Overall a great experience. Hope to go again sometime soon.
My husband and I prefer to avoid the Valentine's Day dinner crowd, so we opted for lunch at Seasons 52 in Columbia. Although they were serving from the dinner menu only, our waiter graciously took my order for my favorite sandwich. As usual, the food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and we had a delightful afternoon.
We enjoyed an early Valentine's Day Dinner (Tuesday evening -- day before). We could have had the Valentine's menu but didn't want three courses; too bad it sounded wonderful. We enjoyed our dinners which were the trout and the filet mignon and a glass of wine each. The service was excellent and so was the food and ambience. It's a cozy, although spacious restaurant. There's ample room between the tables so you don't feel crowded. One of the bonuses for me is that the calorie counts are on the menu which helps with choices.
One of the best Happy Hours around! You are able to order HH specials from anywhere in the restaurant, which makes the seating very comfortable. The menu specials are delicious and varied, and the wine offering are good, too. We especially love the small plate ideas, which were delicious and generous in their offerings. Seasons 52 is really a special place for Happy Hour!
Went for their valentines special and had a very enjoyable evening. Will go again.
Our waiter brought our entrees out while we were half way through the salad course. We asked him to redo the entree later. He sulked, and became impossible to get a hold of after that.
This place vexes me. It's happened every time we go. Our plates come out and they are ridiculously hot, but our food isn't. At all. I don't get it.
Perfect example, I ordered lobster bisque. It was lukewarm at best, but the bowl and plate below were untouchable. Luke warm bisque is NOT appetizing. Our server, Marissa, was very understanding; she took it away and replaced it. It came out 1 minute before our entrees. By then, it was too late. She took it off my bill, but not having the time to eat it was disappointing.
The food was fine. Meh. Their tuna with black rice is delicious.
I didn't bother with desert. I'm not A huge desert fan, so this place should be great. The deserts are minis. $3 for a tiny dessert is not worth my time.
I had gotten an email regarding a Valentine’s Day special promotion. We decided to take advantage of it and made a reservation. Upon being seated, we were not given a menu for the promotion. When the waiter came over, he did not mention the Valentine’s Day special menu. I had to ask for it. He said he would get us the menu. After more than ten minutes, he came back and said that the menus were in short supply but he would keep Toto get them. If you are going to run a special, you should be more organized.
The special included a champagne toast to start. I had to ask him if we could start with that. Of the two glasses he brought, one was half filled and the other was a quarter filled. This was a joke.
We have eaten at the palm beach gardens location numerous times and have always enjoyed it. The Columbia location is hit or miss.
