Sure wished this was better : Husband, who never complains, had to send his meal back, it tasted Horrible ! and ordered a cheeseburger instead. My fish (commercial frozen then deep fried) COD, fries and tartar sauce were very good. Inside seating cramped both of us, (we are tall, long legged), booth was a tight squeeze for us. Recommend dining outside for sure. Clean spacious bathrooms. We won't dine here again, super over priced for what amount of food you get.

Thank you for taking time to write this. We buy only the freshest and finest ingredients, and will look into what you describe for the Cod. We work extra hard to keep our prices as competitive as possible, while making sure our portions remain generous. We look forward to serving you again soon.

I’ve been to Seasons at least a dozen times over the years and I used to say I’ve never had a bad meal there, but that all changed last night. Our group was two couples. We ordered the cheese/salumi board to share. Each couple ordered a salad and the mussels, and the other couple ordered fish and chips as an additional entree. I was looking forward to the mussels, which I had ordered about 6 years ago and remember them being perfectly prepared, with plenty of subtle, delicious broth. We got the charcuterie board and it was good. After a long delay the waiter came and told us the mussels were on their way, and I mentioned we were expecting the salads next. He admitted that he forgot to put the order in. A few minutes later he came to tell us they had run out of romaine and asked if they could substitute green leaf for the Caesar salad. Fine. Several more minutes pass and the salads were delivered. I had ordered the Greek salad with shrimp. There were 5 largish shrimp but they were cold and dry. While we were still working on the salad, he delivered the mussels. We are getting unhappy at this point because we weren’t ready for them yet. To make matters worse, the mussels were overcooked and there was absolutely NO broth. (I believe the kitchen had already cooked them and they sat while the salads were being prepared.) They made another batch of mussels, which at least weren’t overcooked, but they were mushy and didn’t taste fresh, and the broth was only okay. So disappointed in the poor timing and diminished quality of the food that I doubt I will go back. It’s a shame that a once consistently-good restaurant has fallen so far.

Randy thank you for taking time to review Seasons. We are pleased to hear that for many years we have been your favorite. Sadly, one off night has left an unfavorable impression and we would like to earn a spot back in to your normal routine. Supply chain is still a bit of a conundrum and even lettuce has some hiccups. We do buy the finest and freshest ingredients, including all of our proteins and will personally look at all of the items we have in house. When you are ready to make your next reservation please reach out to me personally and I will make the accommodations for you and your guests. Feel free to reach out to Karen so we can do something special for you. We sincerely hope that one incident will not taint years of amazing dinners. We appreciate all feedback.

Food was delicious, we had the Salmon and Scallops dishes and key-limed pie for dessert. Nice place for a good, reasonable priced dinner. Recommend making reservations.

We had an early reservation at this downtown restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my husband's birthday, and it was a solid choice for dinner. We were seated at a window table, which gave us the opportunity to people watch as we ate our meal. Our server was friendly and attentive. The restaurant noise level was quiet and I noticed there is also a patio in the back which looks nice for outdoor seating as well. We had Arnold Palmers for drinks and they were made well and we weren't charged for refills. My husband had a house salad with parmesan peppercorn dressing to start and I opted for the Caesar with anchovies, which weren't the typical anchovies usually found in the Caesar but they were tasty anyway. My husband had what turned out to be a "Southwest" style stroganoff - a bbq spiced prime rib pasta dish that had blistered tomatoes, diced green chiles, caramelized onions and he said it had that stroganoff vibe and he enjoyed every bite. I had the 7 oz sliced duck breast a l'orange, and it came with decent mashed potatoes and tasty garlic green beans. The sauce on the duck was sweet, and sadly the breast itself needed some savory seasoning to counter the sauce, so that was a little disappointing. My husband had key lime pie for dessert, which is one of his favorites, and the server brought a birthday candle and also comped him the dessert for his birthday, which was very nice. I had a decaf mocha, which wasn't the best I've ever had, but oh well. Overall, this place didn't blow me away, but it's a decent choice for a nice quiet dinner in downtown Durango.

My husbands piece of chicken was so small - I think it took him 3 small bites. My salmon was just okay. The service was excellent but the food was mediocre.

Service was not great - tho it seemed they were trying but just not hitting the mark. Salad served before appetizer and just over all not great. Needs improvement but food was tasty.

Two of the four meals were not good at all. Another was good and the fourth was passable. The service was prompt and friendly.
