    Seito’s is a local favorite. It is definitely my go to for a quick meal with great drinks. Desserts need a lot of work. The fried cheesecake was taken off the menu and the replacement is not the greatest. Let’s talk about servers. They always provide great service but LIZ is my all time favorite. She is extremely knowledgeable about the menu and always finds a way to provide a seamless experience. She also influences me to try new things. I will forever ask for her. Thank you Liz. You are the bomb!

    The food was amazing, the service was amazing. We were visiting from Virginia, and did a lot of research on dining before booking reservations. This place definitely lived up to the hype. The atmosphere is beautiful, and our server, gave excellent recommendations and explained the menu very well. Great place to celebrate an anniversary or birthday, or just to have a lovely dinner. 10 out 10 !

    We were a party of four and decided to order a bunch of things and share. Everything was excellent; lots of flavor; good portion sizes; some unique options, etc. I highly recommend this restaurant.

    Great place to dine. Took gma here for her bday. They staff from start to finish was great! Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, even the staff that was in training was up to par. The food come out at a reasonable time and tasted great. gma and gpa really like the quality of the food and their standards have been raised lol

    Incredible restaurant with even more spectacular food - ever single flavor was exquisite and well thought out. Service was impeccable. And the dessert - the ube cheesecake - was life altering. Will definitely return.

    Always a great experience to dine at Seito. My husband and I are regulars and always request Alicia to take care of us! She is an excellent server and pays attention to detail by bringing our favorite drinks to us as soon as we sit down! The quality of the sushi is top notch and the specialty rolls are so unique and delicious. Our favorite sushi in Orlando!

    We had another great experience at Seito. We did have a new waiter Jacob and he was outstanding. We tried one of their new special rolls the Jalapeño Business roll. I hope it becomes a permanent menu item because it was so good. Also Jacob recommended the key lime tart for dessert. This is the first time we have ordered dessert and we have been missing out. It was light and phenomenal. As always Seito never disappoints which is why we continue to visit from Tampa to eat here.

    Thank you Natalie for being such a great server! You were so very friendly and professional! Thank you for also helping my friend with her order! Always have an excellent time with the servers. It’s the lady up front, unfortunately, who is always rude and unprofessional. Whoever the younger lady is with the bob haircut, she needs more training with talking to guests. She has always been rude and a bad hostess. She was working tonight and always has an attitude. Not really sure what her problem is but if you are in customer service industry then have a little more class because not only do you represent yourself but also the restaurant/company you work for.

    In part a nice place, elegant and clean. As for sushi, rather average, seafood quality better than many places, but still not near the best. Was disappointed that some of the nigiri pieces had like a mignonette sauce covering, even if very light and subtle. This is just not preferred especially when it is not disclosed beforehand. If the seafood is really good quality that is not at all needed. And prices were not cheap so no excuses. Service also average. Ordered two bottles of sake always asking they be chilled and not really. Had to ask for extra ice for the container. The foie gras torchon was good, and so were the spicy crispy rice tuna. Take a pass on the snow crab.

    Wow!! What a dinner - both of us agreed this was our favorite meal and night out in Orlando! Our service (Kate, I believe) was so friendly but also informative and opinionated, which we loved. Every dish, from the octopus to each sushi roll, left us speechless…so very delicious! I left saying it was the most delicious sushi I’ve had the pleasure of eating - to the point where when I saw sushi go to waste at a table next to us, I couldn’t help but feel enraged by how such quality rolls were going in the trash! (No, I didn’t steal them to our table, as tempted as I was…) Anyways, this will be the first place I book when coming back to Orlando!

    This is our fourth time at Seito Sushi. We look forward to it every year when we come in town for a business conference and make our reservation a month in advance. This time we honestly came away feeling ho hum about the experience. The ambience is great, it has a good vibe, but the selection of sushi left us scrambling to make a choice. Our waiter was helpful, but it seems like the menu has changed and the selections didn't sound as appealing as they have before. I'm not sure we'd go back next year, but possibly.

    Nice bar atmosphere. Food was decent but very pricey for one item. Our server spoke very loud and seemed rushed when serving. Sushi was delicious as is the Korean fried chicken wings. Miso soup is saltier and more mushroom based than traditionally done. Would recommend only going for super special occasions; not for casual dinners or otherwise.

    We had a wonderful time overall, and the server was great. One thing though that I was really upset about was that I put that this dinner was a special occasion for mothers Day, and nothing special happened at all for us. It was very disappointing. If we were putting on a special occasion, we thought some sort of acknowledgment, at least.

    We had, party of 3 (2 adults and 1 big kid). CONS: Started with crafted cocktail, which I'd rate a 2, it was watered down). Service was slow and we had to ask for things like extra plates for our starters and more silverware/chopsticks when our food was delivered (we came in later in the evening, so possibly they had already cut servers for the night), our plates were not cleared until we asked for the check. We ordered 2 of the special rolls which were just OK, fried rice was dry, but the shrimp in it was tasty, Bao Buns were tasty, but are served with a huge hunk of meat in each, so they are difficult to cut and share. PROS: Server was very nice (as was other staff we interacted with), most of what we had to ask for came quickly (I just wish things would have been anticipated and brought proactively). We really enjoy the vibe of this restaurant. The lighting is perfect and the music/noise level is conducive for table conversation. We are local and have eaten at this restaurant one other time and I'd say the overall experience was better the first time and even thought I rated this experience a 3 star, we would go back (next time we'll order different items) and I would recommend this restaurant.
