    Señor Frogs es un buen lugar siempre me gusta visitarlo. Lo escoji para pasar mi cumpleaños y me encanto la música y las actividades del DJ, la Comida y el service todo muy bueno. Me encanto todo. Gracias

    Todo estuvo muy bien hasta la hora de pagar. Cobraron a la tarjeta de mi amiga después querían volver a cobrar diciendo que no pasaba la tarjeta al final me cobraron a mi y a ella. Intente llamar y nadie responde . Deje vm para que me regresaran la llamada y todavía no eh oído de ellos.

    Maria (from Brazil) was an outstanding waitress. She was always nearby when we needed her was fast and accommodating. We’ve been to the Orlando location many times and the service is always great but Maria was the best we’ve had.. .

    The restaurant is so fun and colorful for kids! With a interactive coloring kids menu with great choices! Place is very loud with music. But fun:)

    Requested two high chairs in O.T. and at check in and was given a long table with no room for two high chairs. I had to request again two high chairs. Given one that was full of food. Ordered food apps that arrived asap then minutes later food came then minutes later birthday celebration came when we just started eating. One server put whip cream on birthday girl’s ( who is turning three) nose. Thankfully 3 year old handled it ok. Never again will I go to this place. The whole experience was horrible and the food itself was slightly warm. Our chips were covered in orange something and smelled like mildew. Other people’s had no orange powder on the chips from what I could see. Gratuity is included on bill but was still asked if I wanted my change back. Btw this is the first time I’ve ever left a negative review in the 13 years with open table.

    I really enjoyed the food and vibe of the place but service was really rushed, we ordered appetisers and our main came before we’d finished it then the server kept asking us whether we wanted to dessert while we were still eating not ideal at all felt like she was trying to get rid of us. So we’re in and out in less than an hour not what we planned for.

    Senior Frogs was not at its best on Tuesday night. The food was just okay. The service was pretty good, and the noise level was very high. We do not recommend this location of Senior Frogs to anyone. We will not return.

    Great food and service. Only issue I seen was a waiter use his hands to put the large straws, for the tall mixed drink cups, in with his hands. Not with the supplied clip/claw. Our waiter also added tacos to our order. We only ate 1 item. So we requested it to be removed. He did so and apologized. Other then that, music was great, atmosphere was great.

    Asked for all you can eat tacos, was charged incorrectly, then called a liar by the waitress and manager, eventually he agreed to refund the difference but hasn't. Absolutely terrible service, I really regret agreeing to the service charge after our treatment

    They were not at all crowded at dinner tim e and yety they wanted us to sit near the swap sink. Most of the staff were rude and messed up our order 3x. Way overpriced for the fast food junkie dining experience.

    This place was amazing! Food was good & prices aren’t too bad. Kids meals are reasonable especially for the size of the burger. Our only issue was the waitress. Our bill was $72 & although we ALWAYS leave a great tip anywhere she asked us if we needed change & proceeded to only bring back a $20 and a few coins. She was very nice while waiting on us but if I ask for change back give me the chance to give what I want don’t force me to leave you JUST a $20 dollar bill. Music was great food tasted great this was the only issue.

    Reservation process super easy, food and drinks great, DJ and MC so much fun. Overall really great night celebrating 21st bday with family and friends. Server was meh. Didn't have same energy as others and often inattentive.

    They do NOT answer the phone so you need to email someone there or stop in. Cake cutting fee is $19.50 you need to cut the cake yourself. You pay to bring it in.

    We had a great time with our friends the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The drinks were buy one get one and they allowed us to share because they were extremely large. Lots of fun and lively dancing music.

    Terrible service. They were busy which we understood, and we were a party of 6 so we didn’t expect super fast service. I had to ask 4x for waters, the final time getting up and going over to the beverage station to ask. Our drinks came our wrong, our bill was wrong, I also had to flag down our server to ask to place our dinner order. Our apps were brought out quickly but we were never given silverware or napkins and it was over an hour and a half after we sat down until our food came. Food was ok but for the price the experience was terrible. Would not return.

    My family and I went for my birthday and it was amazing. The drinks were decently priced, they were playing really good music that got all my family singing and dancing in our seats. Our waitress, Olga I think?, was amazing and attentive. Our food and drinks came out so fast. Honestly, would go again.

    Don’t bother making a reservation. They don’t care. You still have to wait in line. This place was a sh&t show! The “music” was SO LOUD that my boyfriend and I had to yell at each other and just gave up trying to talk. The 1/2 basket of cold chips and salsa came right away but our drinks took forever. My veggie tacos came with pieces of meat on the wooden tray with only a small piece of paper separating the tacos from the tray. Yuck. There was only a sparse amount of guacamole on the tacos. I told our server and she told me that was all you got! The busser threw dirty dishes from another table into his bus container so hard that I was hit in the arm with leftover food! Then he swept under our feet while we were eating. The manager stopped by and I complained about all of the above and his ONLY comment was that he could get me more guacamole. There was a sign on the ceiling that said if the music was to loud, then you’re to old. A 6 top next to us moved outside and another couple got up and walked out. The “music” was obnoxious. My boyfriend passed on his second beer, that we paid for, because we couldn’t wait to leave. When we left, there were 5 empty tables around us, go figure! With so many other restaurants to choose from on I Drive, go somewhere else.

    We always love our team visit to Señor Frog’s in Orlando! Ready and Quick to seat with our large reservation, our server was patient with us and working hard, and the atmosphere was great! A must do if you are ever near this restaurant club! 🐸

    Food was mediocre and way overpriced. I understand it is a theme restaurant, but if you are going to charge high prices for food, it shouldn’t be bland. Our server could barely speak English and had hard time understanding taking our order. My son ordered AYCE tacos (25.99) and was given a single order. Had to explain to her that wasn’t what he wanted. Got the bill and was charged for both. Also did not like that 18% gratuity was automatically added for a party of 5.

    Good atmosphere, food was average and drinks are very expensive also felt very rushed by staff to leave so they could turn table for waiting guests. WILL NOT RETURN AGAIN.
